Love this place! New experience and enjoyed every moment of it. The prices are fair and the ambiance is woosaaaa… very friendly staff. Will be making this part of my monthly routine.

Late in 2013, I developed very bad allergies that were brought on by mold. I began seeing an allergist. Understanding that I do not like pumping my body full of medications, my doctor recommended I try the Salt Grotto as opposed to taking a weekly allergy shot for seven months.
My first visit was great. I also have inflammation in my back and realized as I got up to leave that the pain in my back had been reduced as well as the fact that my sinuses were draining something awful (in a good way). I definitely felt less pressure in my nasal passage.
All I can say is that I definitely felt better after going and will definitely go again.
