I come to this place every 2 weeks and get my nails done I spend at least 100 dollars everytime I come here. I always get my nails/​toes and eyebrows done. The one time I come here at 850pm kyle the manager tell me that the mall closes at 930 and I am only able to get one service done. I Explain to him that I am a loyal customers as well as a manager where I work and I know exceptions can be done. kyle refuse to make that exception for me. I had to wait for a nail tec to be available and I explain to him while I’m waiting I could have gotten the pedicure I wanted. Kyle still refuse to bend. He only offered for me to pick one service and also I could not have the nail tec that I wanted because they close at 930 and she just took a customer. To say I’m disappointed is a under statement! I’m upset because I will have to find another nail place because I refuse to ever come here again. Kyle the manager in this location is the worst and does not care about retention

This was my first visit to this salon although Ive lived in Rosedale all my life. My nail technician was Sam… amazing. She listened to what I wanted, was very kind and did a great job. Ive found my new nail salon… will definitely recommend to anyone weary of switching salons! The pedicure however was horrific… a man did it. Eyebrows turned out fine.

I come here all the time to get my pedicures. Never had a bad experience with the nail tech Kathy and would recommend her to ANYONE. Haven’t done my nails here as of yet because I’m too lazy with the bi-​weekly upkeep, but would imagine Kathy would do just as good a job on my hands as she does my feet. As far as sanitation goes they are very good with that and I never worry about if something is clean or not. They can get pricey, but that’s only because they know what they are doing and you get what you pay for.

Will never visit this nail salon again. Came for acrylic fill-​in and eyebrow threading. Nails looked great when finished. One broke off the very next morning, and the another cracked the day after. I asked the eyebrow threader to clean up my brows, she arched and thinned them out like the 90’s. I wanted to cry. I called to tell them about my nail falling off, and the receptionist said they would fix it. When I came back I had to wait for over 30 minutes. I left, and will never return.

I took my mother to try out this new spot. This was our first visit, i loved how beautiful, big and cozy it was. Our nail techs Sam did my first gel tips which i loved 100% and Maya my moms mani/​pedi. They both did a great job! Im not an easy to please customer but they did great! They offer so many services! They really understand you and its was such a good experience that i know im going to recommend it to my friends!

I love this place. This is my new place. Ask for Sam she knows exactly what shes doing. I didnt give it a 5 star bc they dont do a hand massage but they are super talented with designs and gel. Love sam and Anna who does the eyebrows is amazing as well! She does magic on my brows!!! Never ever going to anyone else. And shes super sweet! I will be here all the time!

So this place is relatively new… it’s pretty, I’ll give them that much. My pedicure was below sub par. She hardly scrubbed my feet (hello, it’s sandal season my feet take a beating), she didn’t trim my toes properly, and she half way polished some of my toe nails. My boyfriend even commented on how terrible it looked. Being that I had somewhere to be, I didn’t have time to have her re-​do it. I definitely will not be coming back here, as much as I would like to.

Was at GNC and needed a quick manicure. I guess they knew this too because the manicue lasted all of 3 minutes. a soak in some cold water, file, no lotion, no hand massage and done. I’ll stick to my usual place. Staff was friendly, but the service sucked.
