Terrible terrible terrible. Booked a Valentine’s Day couples massage a week prior. We were taken in for our massages half and hour after our appointment time. I had booked one hour hot stone massages, which we did not receive. It was barely an hour total from the start of us entering the room to getting checked out. Then to make it worse, the front desk asked if we thought we’d return and without wanting to be rude kindly said we would think about it. His attitude was so rude after we declined to enroll in the monthly membership. In conclusion, ruined our attempt to relax, and waste of hard earned money.

It wasn’t the best nor was it the worst massage. I mainly gave 2 stars because they overcharged my friend and then told me I had no money on my gift card, when there was $ 30 and kept it. We went back and they gave my friend her money back and gave me my gift card back without a problem. Just wasn’t the best first time experience (I honestly think these were honest mistakes).
