I’ve got to say this was the worst experience I have had as baskin robins/​Dunkin donuts. The service was TERRIBLE, I’m surprised there still in business. Let’s not forget the garbage scent as soon as you walk in. Last but not least there was a hair in my Sundae…

No one was there and still waited almost 15 minutes to be helped. The «shift manager» didn’t even let me finish my order before she flew to the back to grab it. And looked more annoyed with me when I continued to request additional items that she would’ve known of if she hadn’t rush away.
Plus, I didn’t even receive my hash browns in the «combo». After getting impatient, I left. I would not be returning.
Save yourselves the trip. Disappointed.

Usually very busy & not well organized. They take your order then don’t know who the drinks belong to. They should have some type of number system. Or just one person in charge of food and another person in charge of drinks. Waited 15 minutes for an ice coffee and a mango smoothie. Shouldn’t take that long.

This is my go to coffee spot. The girls Jess and Ithlia are top notch and I never have to speak my order they have it ready by the time I have to pay. P. S. Sign up for D&D perks and get rewards for the things you already buy. Guys keep up the good work!!!

This place is awful! 2 days in a row, they were out of hash browns. They were advertising this new pepper jack supreme bagel, so I tried to order it, but the girl told me they «didn’t bake it today.» What?!? You should remove the sign then. How/​why wouldn’t you make any?! Oh and they charge for tap water… No other restaurant or fast food place does that. I’m tired of this place; I try to avoid it whenever I can and go to the location by my school which is much better.

Service was so rude. Had to get on line to get a sample of an icecream, when i finally got to the front, cust. Service walked away from me to answer the phone. Like i’m standing on a line for 20 minutes and when i finally get to u for a sample u walk away from me… No wonder they have two stars.

Didn’t have any ingredients to make any shakes. It’s summer time they should have it prepared or in stock, no excuses. Never have donuts it stock by mid afternoon. They should have everything in stock everyday all year. Coffee sucks by the way!

I go there to get my daughter a Strawberry Donut… HOW THE HELL YOU A DONUT SHOP WITH NO DAMN DONUTS! and then the baskin robbin side had 7 of 31 flavors… they have got to do better. by the way… stocking up on K-​CUPS is not my idea of a donut shop… THEY SUCK

I went in to get a chocolate shake, and the guy tells me they have no chocolate! How does a place like this run out of chocolate ice cream??? And then the barely English speaking man behind the counter tells me that if I want chocolate, I should use Rocky Road… thats ridiculous, how do you make a shake with that??? It has nuts in it, you can’t suck nuts up through a straw! This place is horrible!
