The service is usually fast and very nice. Most time good attitude and workers there seems happy. And when I have kids together, they sometimes give kids a few munchkins on the house. Also, this one have barbarian cream that other dunkin donut stores that close to my house do not have so we come this particular store. Very clean looking building. Nice workers.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, eeever. I wish I could give zero stars. By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They charge extra for whip cream and always forget to give it to me. They don’t mix the latte so the dark coffee is on top and everything else is on the bottom. Twice I’ve gone to the drive through and the girl said they don’t have the drinks I ordered even though it’s on the display. As I drive away the girl tells me oh wait we do have that. It was the mango passion fruit coolatta. I’ve ordered caramel ice latte they forget to put caramel and they charge me for it. The worst service ever. Never going back again.

This place is a mess! Their employee turn over rate is ridiculous. They have new staff daily who never seems to know the menu or how to make the drinks. Most of the employees are grumpy, except for one cheery girl who I don’t see there anymore. She was the only one who could get my order right. They charge an extra .50 cents for whip cream and then forget to give you the whip cream they charge extra for. Their bagels are stale and they don’t put much cream cheese on them. The worst part is the manager knows how many complaints corporate gets about this location because there is a note pleading with customers to contact him directly if any issues arise. I keep coming back because of the convinced of the drive thru. Every time I go back I am hopeful they will get my stuff right, they never do. I am done going here. Also, because they are kosher you will not find real bacon here. In my opinion I rather drive a little further and get out of the car to get decent service and good dunkin food/drinks. Don’t waste your money here!

This Dunkin has the weirdest drive thru I have ever seen. I come here often as it is one of the only DD’s with a drive thru in the area and with a baby it is key. It is hit or miss with the quality as they frequently mess up my coffee order and I have to fix it when I get home. If it wasn’t convenient I definitely would not be a repeat visitor.

The worst I’ve ever had. Came for the egg white and Turkey sausage wrap. Found out the place is kosher and they don’t have it. Three out of four breakfast sandwiches are not available. I ordered the other one and it was inedible. Total waste of almost $ 10.00. Bathroom was disgusting and staff rude. Wish I could give it zero stars!!!

Someone wrote that this is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in Valley Stream. Wow. The bar is REALLY low. Think about what you know about Dunkin’ Donuts’ image. What do they advertise? What I remember about their advertising are things like egg sandwiches with smoked sausage, croissant sandwiches with breakfast sausage and cheese, and the time to make the donuts guy. Well, you can get some donuts at this location. For the rest… you’re S.O.L. at this location, because its Kosher. No pork, no meat and dairy, but hey, you can get a tuna bagel for breakfast. Yay. The Dunkin’ Donuts site lists this location as one with a full menu. Sure its full, as long as you don’t consider all of the best things to be part of the full menu. I go to this DD when I want a bagel and am feeling too cheap to pay for a good bagel with cream cheese. Today I think I’m done with this place. The guys that work there don’t give a crap about walk in customers — they’re just there to service the drive through line. You might be the only person in the store, ordering the most basic things, and you’ll still need to wait over a minute for your order — ANDITWILLBEWRONG. I asked them for a sesame bagel with salmon cream cheese on the side. I said please just give me the bagel and the cream cheese in the bag, sliced is fine, but no need to toast it. I was asked to confirm — no toast?(like it was such a horrible thought) I confirmed and then went to wait a while as several cars were served. When my order finally warranted the attention of the guy working there he threw my bagel in the oven! I watch this thinking that must be an order for someone outside, but no, he hands it over and looks at me dumbfounded when I say that this wasn’t supposed to be toasted. So the guy goes to throw the bagel out — what a waste! I saw what he was about to do and told him I’d take the toasted bagel. I do like toasted bagels, but it would get cold by the time I got to my office. Not only that, since DD bagels are more like thick bread than real bagels, they don’t always toast right. In this case I had a black ring on the edges, and a slight tan in the middle. The salmon cream cheese tasted extra fishy. Hopefully it just means that the flavor just sucks and not that the containers were stored improperly. I’ll follow up in a bit if I wind up with food poisoning.(and the review will drop to 1 star) EDIT — They did it again a few days later. I asked for a bagel and specifically told them DONOTTOAST. The cashier told the bagel cutter not to toast it — ANDHESTILLTOASTEDMYBAGEL. As I was leaving some other people told me they’ve had the same experience — they’ve complained many times and nothing has been done. Dropping review to one star.

I used To go here when I was younger and the service has severe declined. I refuse to go to this one and now go to the one on merrick due to the rude staff and unnecessary charges. They’re always out of tuna and claim to charge 30 cents per pump of syrup meanwhile about half the time they do the pumps for free. The coffee tastes watered down and they claim they’re putting in Splenda but you can’t even taste it. Whenever there is any sort of line expect problems with your meal, couldn’t even get the hash browns right.

The only Dunkin Donuts in Valley Stream with a drive-thru; unfortunately there is usually a manure truck parked right at the exit of the drive-thru so after every time you go through it, you end up getting that manure smell in your car. There’s got to be health code violation in that. As for the inside, it is clean enough. There are plenty of tables available for sitting down. The coffee and donuts are always fresh, but they don’t have any meat with their breakfast sandwiches because they have a strict kosher policy.

HORRIBLE late night customer service. Working at 11pm on a Saturday night is not an excuse for catching a ghetto attitude when asked to do your job. When I asked for a few donuts, the cashier rolled her eyes and grabbed a donut with half of her hand not covered. I clearly saw the palm of her hand touch it, immediately stopped giving her my order, and just walked out. This was not the first time I had an attitude copped at me at this place, but it will be the last. I don’t even think I’ll return to find out whether or not the day staff has any courtesy.

This used to be *THE* hang out in high school. No plans on Friday night? Come here at any hour of the night and find at least 4 friends to chill with. Since then, they have completely renovated the place(probably in order to hinder said loitering). It’s geared more towards the drive-thru — which like Bryan G. said, is oddly shaped and VERY narrow. You will likely miss it if it’s your first time going here because you have to make a sharp turn to get into it after you’ve already entered the parking lot. The drive-thru service is the best you will find at a D&D — orderly, fast and accurate — make’s the Franklin Square drive-thru look like amateur hour. They have never once messed up my order. Haven’t been inside this joint since the 90’s, but with the drive-thru being so awesome, there really is no need. And yes, THEY’REKOSHER!(Giant sign faced towards Sunrise Hwy has ingrained that into my brain)

Best Dunkin’ Donuts in Valley Stream, which has three of them. Maybe overkill, but they are spaced out well and conveniently located by the mall, on sunrise highway by lynbrook, and merrick road in the King Kullen shopping center. The one on Sunrise Highway near Brooklyn Ave. is by far the best. They have an oddly-shaped drive thru, but I’ve found it to be very efficent. Maybe the inside of the store isn’t always as clean as it can be, but whatever. Coffee is usually very fresh, although if you get a flavored coffee that may not be the case. Also, I’m pretty sure for all flavors other than french vanilla and hazelnut the flavor comes from a syrup or additivie, meaning that the level of flavor varies depending on who makes it. Even still, I find myself here at least three times a week.
