We have been living here for about 4 months now. When we moved in the manager promised us stainless steel in our apartment by the time we moved in. Well, we moved in and they weren’t there… so we asked and asked and were told we were on the list. When we went back to check on their status about 2.5 months in, we discovered that manager was no longer there and there was a new manager. We also learned there was no waiting list that she had told us about… ya, she was bad. BUT the new manager is very good! She got us signed up for our new appliances pretty quickly and has clearly been very busy organizing holiday cookies and a party, catching up on regular maintenance that needed to be done, etc. Our stainless steel is gorgeous, and we just love this loft style apartment. We really appreciated how responsive the new management has been and are looking forward to a long, satisfying stay here at Stonegate! Really like it here!

I’ve lived at Stonegate for almost 3 years now. The first 2 were awesome! Our property Manager was the best! She was always seen walking the property, being friendly, making sure everything was perfect. Now, we have a new property Manager, and lets just say she is NOT doing a good job!!! Our once beautiful pool has been a disgusting GREENSWAMP color for weeks! The pool restrooms are often left locked! The pool gate was broken and took WEEKS to fix!!! The pool is the GEM of the property, and now we rarely go due to its lack of upkeep! Our new manager is either LAZY, or just DOESN’T CARE!!! It’s a shame that after all the upgrades around here, one persons lack of interest and good taste has tainted the property!

Ever since the original owner retired(we loved her so much, she was an EXCELLENT manager — always makes sure that everything is updated and services are on top of everything), things were turned over to a younger person who has NOIDEA how to run this apartment company. We had so many problems with A/C repairing for 2.5 years that we have lived there. We found out that there was mold on the walls — yes MOLD! We have told the newer owner about it and they all did was to paint over the mold without cleaning the mold off, that was the last straw for us. Hilarious once when we have moved out, we saw that 5 or more people that we knew have moved out from that place almost immediately — those people had SAME problems as we did and the new owner did NOTHING except for covering up their tracks, claiming that they couldn’t do any more. Very disappointed with their service and maintenance, they really need to improve! They need to start to listen to people who ACTUALLY live in the apartments, not based on the workers who work there for any kind of service/maintenance!!!
