Waterford West

The apartments here are reasonably nice, and if you happen to not have anything break, this would be a nice place to live. However, if you do have any issues that require help from staff/​maintenance, you will have a very frustrating experience. The management staff is incompetent and fails to communicate with tenants. During the time that I lived there, I had multiple maintenance issues that we not resolved in a timely manner. In one instance I did not have any water pressure in my shower and could not shower. It took TWO WEEKS for maintenance to resolve the issue. They did not consider this a high priority even after I called every day for the first few days that I experienced the problem. They did not even send someone out to follow up on it for almost a week. When I decided to move out, they scheduled a walk through for myself and a staff member to examine my apartment for any damages. A management rep did not show up and they did not attempt to reschedule. They also kept my entire security deposit, even though there was no major damage to my unit. They also did not attempt communicate any of this to me. I had to call and inquire about my deposit. Because of these issues, I would not recommend living at Waterford West.
