I have mixed feelings about this place, let’s start with the good. I booked a spa pedicure, the lady who did my pedicure was spectacular, great technique, great service, great selection of colors, the pedicure felt wonderful, no complaints there. But the schedule and checking in process at the front desk was awful! I showed up 30 minutes before the appointment like they requested, and was told to wait, and wait, and wait… there was only 2 guests in line before me trying to settle their bill, but somehow that took 10 minutes. When I’m finally checked in, I was told I can wait in the lobby or in the quiet room, of course I opted for the quiet room because there were some kids running around in the lobby(this is not what I come to the spa for). I asked how to get to the quiet room, and she said someone has to take you there. 10 minutes later, I’m still standing in the lobby. On my way out, they told me «oh by the way you can use all our facilities if you booked any appointments.» On my way out, leaving the hotel, nobody bothered to tell me this when I was booking the appointment in the morning. SMH. Then when my credit card charges came in, there was an additional $ 10 that was not on my receipt. I called the spa and found out that the girl who checked me in charged me for a bottle of nail polish that I did not purchase! They were apologetic and cancelled the charge, but still, this is not the kind of hassle that I appreciate going through, especially for a spa where I’m supposed to be relaxing. This was overall not a relaxing experience at all, and not a spa that I’d willingly return to.

They renovated this spa and it’s nice but the lighting is not appropriate for a spa in the locker/resting area. I didn’t see any cucumber water or fruits like other places normally have. I called to scheduled an appointment but first I asked if they had any specials for the month of February and the receptionist Jenna said to me in a rude attitude«what specials?!» And again I asked her do you guys have any specials for this month? Then she mentioned about a package that had a body scrub and a massage, anyway horrible experienced, I will never spend $$ in this spa.

My favorite place to go for pedi and manicures. Robin is great. She always does an excellent job for my pedi/medi and super friendly and kind. I also miss the previous staff name Aaron(not sure of the spelling). She was great too. The only thing I don’t like is some of the checkin customer staff kind of snobbish and unfriendly. The phone system is bad and always have to wait and then wait again when the staff answered. I am hoping they will add hair salon soon.

Try this place out! It’s a bit pricy so make sure to use everything! My wife and I got the couples massage. Diego worked with me, he was helpful and accommodating to my ticklishness and made sure to try and cause pain. The massage experience was very good, we got the therapeutic treatment. Afterward I went into the steam room for 20 min, felt tired afterward honestly. Then I went into the sauna to dry sweat everything out. If you’ve got coupons, use them. The staff here are all helpful and friendly, and it’s a clean environment. I wish I could have stayed longer.

My back hurt from the 2 hour drive. I think compared to places I’ve been to in vegas, south orange county, and Huntington Beach … Way overpriced… They should offer the spa service for free to make up for the terrible staff in the rest of the casino… They cause you stress from the bad and rude service. No doubt the spa should be free.

Very nice small spa and all the treatments come with awesome packages so you can get for example your nails and feet and your facial will be a cheaper price not bad at all for a casino spa. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful

I visited while the spa was undergoing a renovation however this has nothing to do with the problems I encountered. The spa itself was beautiful, sauna, steam room, beautiful relaxation room, nice changing room and showers. I had probably the worse massage I’ve ever had, it was very disappointing because this was my Mother’s Day gift from my husband. I’ve worked at two resort and spas so I have had my fair share of massages and this was a little more than someone rubbing suntan lotion on you. It was not relaxing, and when I asked for more pressure the therapist seemed to be bothered that I asked. Towards the end of the massage it seemed to get a little better but I was just so disappointed to have my husband spend $ 150 on a massage and me not enjoy it. I never told my husband how bad the massage was because I didn’t want him to be upset. We will probably return to this hotel but I doubt I’ll get a massage here again.

I treated my girlfriends and I to either a 25-minute citrusy body scrub or a pedi(each $ 65). The pedi was for my 4-month pregnant girlfriend, because the therapists weren’t licensed to work on pregnant women, even though my friend’s doctor had okayed the scrub. Overall, the experience was nice, but the amenities were considerably more basic than other spas I’ve been to. The waiting lounge was a bit chilly, so hard to relax in there when wearing not much more than a bathrobe. As for my scrub, I was quite sleepy(had a couple drinks of wine beforehand), but after it was all said and done, I’m pretty sure as I was getting up to put my bathrobe back on that the girl only did 3 out of 4 of my body quadrants while I was face down. I checked to see if this was true in the shower and yup, she missed the the upper left side of my body. By then, I was ready to leave, so I didn’t say anything, but that was quite disappointing.

A little disappointed with the service. I stayed at the hotel for two days and they are renovating the pool, which meant, no pool, no spa :(And you’d think that they would have a jacuzzi in the spa, but nothing and they expect you to pay $ 25 to use the facility? Why? when there is nothing to use in it, they just offer a steam room and a broken sauna. I decided to use the gym and after use the sauna and asked an attendant to see why it wasn’t working, she called a tech to come and look at it. This tech was a heaver set female hispanic lady. She looked at me, didn’t say hello — but said«are you a member?» in this suspicious voice like I was sneaking into the gym. Then she went on saying«are you having treatments today?», in her snappy rude voice. I told her I was a guest and I just finished my workout and wanted to step into the sauna before I go back upstairs. She didn’t stop, she kept looking at me like I was a criminal. I felt so uncomfortable because she hung around the area just looking at me up and down like I didn’t belong there. I have worked 4 years in a 4 star resort that had a spa, and never once would someone be treated like that. This lady needs the 411 on customer service and satisfaction, you don’t treat people like that.

Went there for the first time yesterday and was impressed by the experience. Everyone was very nice and Dara the therapist asked all the right questions and seemed to genuinely care that I enjoyed my treatment. The locker room attendants were super nice and were always checking to see if I needed anything. There is a pretty good gym and there is a sauna and steam. One has to go outside to use the whirlpool but that was fine because the pool area is very nice. My only complaint was that the snacks in the spa were apples and oranges; it would have nice to have had a granola bar to munch on. Also I wanted lunch and I had to put my clothes on and go out into the casino to get some food to take back which was not an attractive site. Perhaps a simple spa menu would be nice.

I’ve been to this spa twice and really like it. The staff is professional, glad to help and some are downright personable and friendly. They were able to provide everything I needed(and forgot). I don’t splurge on a lot of things for myself but a trip to the spa is something that my friends and I have enjoyed for years now. From cruise ships to Vegas the massage, facials and pedicure that I got here were top notch! It could only be better if they had a private indoor hot tub available to the spa patrons in addition to their beautiful outdoor facilities that all hotel guests can enjoy.

«Hot stones?! $ 10 extra? SURE!» «OUCHOUCH!» I was saying in my head. HOTHOT Stones but it felt good! First time using the spa here. Decided to treat my mom for her birthday. It was a good choice. We both had a 50 minute massage. I was really happy that they were able to reschedule my appointment twice. Im not a fan of appointments because something always comes up! Finally made it in today. Araceli was the one who did my massage. She was really good. She used a good amount of pressure and told me to let her know if I wanted less or more pressure. I’ll definitely be back to try their other services.

***NOTESPADOESNOTSANITIZE, I HADITCHYFEETAFTERWARDSANDHADTOBUYALCOHOLTOPOORALLOVERMYFEET*** First of all the spa messed up my reservation, and then told me I couldn’t use my voucher because the next available service was the next day to which my comp credit could not be applied. Really? You messed up! After speaking with an incompetent receptionist(Jesse) and 2 managers, I finally got my services comped and a new appointment. As for the service the best part was the free OJ. I got an express pedicure, and believe me it was express, 21 minutes total, and she frequently paused to talk. Polish selection is only OPI and kept along a shelf that is place in an area that is ill-lit. I had to walk back and forth to a lamp in the corner, it took me 3 minutes of my 21 minute pedicure just to find a polish. She talked crap about Vietnamese people and their salons the whole time, going on and on about cheap products and unsanitary conditions, antecedent«I don’t know how my nail lady in DB makes any money, the price of her spa manicure-pedicure is less than 2⁄3 of the price of the express pedicure here, and last almost twice the amount of time as yours.» Leah at Spa att Harrah’s did not clip cuticles very well at all, saying it was her technique, pfft. Polish was sloppy all over my cuticles, not hard since there was so much left .She did not clean the skin underneath or on the sides of my toenails. Oh and also missed the sides while polishing. If she didn’t use«brand» products nothing would last. The pedicure job on my husband was even worse, it looks like she just trimmed his toenails, terrible buff(not even shiny), and no extra massage, she just put on extra lotion then wiped it off, I will never return. Next time I’ll have the hotel exchange my comps at the spa for additional food comps. She’s lucky I even gave her that 8 dollar tip, because she used products that smelled nice and freely shared the name and brand, so that i may buy these and take them to my girls at luxury nail in DB

OK y’all… so it’s been a month and guess what? The pedicure is still looking pretty good! As you can see, my polish is looking shiny and fairly intact and the only real bare parts are where my toenails have grown out. Wow – who knew they could grow that fast… :P If you’re inspecting a little bit closer(you foot fetishist, you!), I’ll offer up a full disclosure that there’s a bit of minor damage to my pretty tootsies… but it has been my own fault! Some nicks occurred while frolicking in a pool/jacuzzi over many many nights and I lost a tiny piece of right toenail this past week when my coworker bumped into my foot while we were moving furniture around a classroom. Ok that sounds a little bit like TMI, but I feel I must give Unilocalers the good, the bad and the yucky! Plus this little tale is way less icky than my kidney stone debacle at Good Samaritan Hospital!(If you really dig the gore, please feel free to peruse at will… ) Alrighty y’all… since they say a pic is worth a thousand words, look at the updated pedicure for yourself. I am also not that experienced in the pedicure department so tell me: does yours look that shiny after a month? I could use another one of these luxurious spa pedicures… maybe I’ll have to try the one at Spa Luce!
