Smoke 9 wings are delicious! All other wings are pretty good two. Don’t forget to try the atomic sauce!
The service was ok and what’s up with no delivery!!! That’s ridiculous because they would make more money!

Fuck this place. Shittiest wing stop ever. They don’t give a fuck about the customers. DO NOT COME HERE. Fuck you guys wish I could give 0 stars

My hubby ordered a bunch of wings online for game 6 a couple nights ago. The estimated time for pickup was 30 minutes so I waited another ten minutes to pick it up thinking it may take a little longer. They were not ready, so I went next door to mountain mikes to pay for our pizza, took it to the car, went back to wing stop and our order still was not ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes before I received my order. They were pretty packed so I did not pull all of the food out of the bag to check it, I just grabbed the order and left. Big mistake because I got home and realized a 20 pc wing was not in the bag. At that point I was pissed because I had to go back and wait again! No apology, just a ‘here you go.’

Only thing i would hope for is that over the phone they would tell you that they dont accept large bill. Only 20s and lower. My total came out to 32 and some change. Tried to pay with 50. They wouldnt take it. Had to go to mountain mikes next door just to buy a soda (get change) and return to pay. Spend the money and buy a counterfeiting detection machine or train your staff on how to identify false bills.

Don’t bother ordering online! You’ll wait longer!!! I don’t even know if my orders all there yet… Hopefully it is!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! All of the workers in there don’t care about their job or customer service. Every time, and I mean every single time I’ve ordered from here it was always a problem.
You come in there to order and the employees that are working at the register have an attitude because they don’t want to be at work, so they’re rude and short with you.
If they’re busy, they’ll take the phone off of the hook so you can’t call and place an order, or even better, they’ll leave you on hold until you get tired of waiting and finally hang up
Their soda machine is always down because they never service it. So then they’ll come out and unplug it and plug it back in to act like they’re trying to fix it, instead of addressing the real problem and changing out the syrup for the soda. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! If I were a manager there, I’d fire everybody and start over again. I won’t be coming back here ever again.

This place is a joke. If the one in American canyon wasn’t so far away I would rather go there than here. The line is like an hour long just to make an order even with the app and even longer when you order in. The last time I will ever come in.

When I first started coming, the wait in line was so long, 1 cashier and a line out the door (like 7 others) and then the wait for the food felt like I waited an hour, but it was close (about 30 min.).
I thought maybe while standing in line I might as well order over the phone and see if that’s any faster. I was watching to see who would pick up the phone and NOT ONE OF THE 3 – 4 people standing around the cashier picked up!
Other than that, the food is always great!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The wait for my 10 piece chicken was 30 minutes, and they were not even busy at all. I got up to ask when my order will be ready, since everyone who ordered AFTER me got their order already. The guy in the back gave me the meanest mug.
The wings and the fries are good, but the service could be better. At least smile to the customers when giving their orders to them.

The chicken was scrumptious perfectly crispy and very tangy. I will definitely be back for more within the coming days. I ordered the 50 piece and it was hella good I chose the hot sauce and teriyaki sauce the barbecue sauce and the lemon pepper rub all of them are perfect.

I Love Wingstop!!! But the last two times I went in I had not a great experience. A week or so ago I ordered 10 piece bone in wings. Well I get home and have boneless wings. I hate boneless wings and it was the wrong favor. And they were OVER COOKED… Today we (me an d my friend) came in. After waiting over 10 minutes to finally get assistance. The clerk walks away and stays gone for over 3 minutes and then says she can not help me because her finger can not operate the touch pad. REALLY! The other cashier was on the phone so now we have to wait until she gets off the phone. Okay we are talking around 16 minutes and the cashier we are waiting for goes in the back. Well needless to say now we have a long line behind us. So me and my friend just left. We came today around 1– 1 :15. The service at this place is getting WORST!!!

This place is terrible everytime I come here something always wrong with my food. They had me waiting 20 mins for fries and it wasn’t even cooked all the way. I come here only when I can’t make it to the American canyon one. And everytime they find some way to mess up my order. I highly recommend not eating here!!!

Great place for chicken wings with different flavors. We often get lemon pepper and a barbeque type rub. Wish Korean BBQ was a mainstay flavor, not just seasonal. Like their soda machine selection.
Front counter can get busy. Check deals before ordering regular family packs. Check your entire Togo order before leaving the place. Sometimes they forget one or two things.

Got an awful stomach ache after eating here. Ordered the food online, service was fast. But after about eating only 2 pieces of chicken my stomach started to feel uneasy. The Teriyaki sauce tasted weird for some reason.

Terrible just flat out terrible. I can not believe this wing stop at all, like seriously? I placed 2simple and basic orders over the telephone: 10piece original hot, and lemon pepper (not the meal) and another 10 piece combo lemon pepper and BBQ wet.
When I go to the location to pick up the food and give them my name for the pickup, they looked at me like they didn’t just speak to me! After I tell them my name, they look at me and say your order isn’t here. Are you sure you ordered at the wrong place? The girl —– had the nastiest smirk on her face when telling me it wasn’t there.
So I’m confused because I just sat 8mins on hold, gave them 2 full orders, drove 15mins to pick up the order just to get there and hear them say: «we never received that order»!
Damn this was the worst experience I ever had at any eating establishment!

After a night out at Six Flags Fright Fest, my boyfriend and I were HUNGRY, and left the line of the Carl’s Jr, next to our hotel, due to other hungry park visitors that had enough cars to loop around the earth, TWICE.
Being a regular Wingstop customer through out the state, we’ve decided to give this location a go since it was 20minutes to closing and we didn’t want to have a run in with Taco Bell that night.
Upon entering, it was very moderate, many were waiting in line and I have just arrived hoping to place an order as fast as I can. Anthony, asked if I were picking up or placing an order, I said placing an order and his facial expression shot down. I thought, holy fck did I do something? Apparently the two Indian (only way to describe them) associates have been letting everyone in the restaurant know that they’re closing so no orders will be placed unless picking up. Thankfully, Anthony didn’t mind at all and took my order. After I paid, transaction went through and all, one of the associates raced to the front and got into Anthony’s face yelling at him and asking what the fck was he doing. Which then brought everyone’s mood down. Luckily the Indian lady who seemed to look like the manager told him it was okay to place my order but no more after.
Very nice of them but the only problem I had was that certain man who drove everyone’s mood out the door. He refused to give another customer the dipping sauce she ordered, which then blew up into a bigger issue. If you’re closing, then why are people still dining in? If you’re closing, lock the door from the outside? If you’re closing, turn off the open light?
Wings were eh, got me through the night. Won’t return here ever again. Should’ve stayed at my hotel and had a decent cup

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The ordering online system does NOT work there, ever! It is ALWAYS an issue with the order. The staff do NOT care if they have screwed up on anything. I give them 1 star for the soda machine!
One day, I was coming home from church very tired and we had, had a great time! I placed my order online, I called and made sure they had my order. When I got there, the girl went to the back and took one of the orders (mine) off of the stick board in the back, crumbled it up and threw in the trash and came back to me and said they never received my order!
I left FURIOUS! Called the American Canyon Wing Stop and ordered my food and it was perfect.
Management needs to upgrade this staff, its HORRIBLE!

Ordered online and when I came to pick up my order 10 minutes after the time it was scheduled to be ready, it was not and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before they called my name. When I arrived, the employee manning the register asked for my name, retrieved a piece of scrap paper with some scribbles of my name (which was incorrect) and order – a very low tech way of dealing with an online order, imo.
The spices on the cajun wings were delicious, the classic hot were good as well. However the boneless wings were soggy and the fries, which were supposed to be «well done», were not well done but also soggy.
I couldn’t find a trash can in the whole dining room and I noticed that others had left their dishes/​trash on the tables but the place was so busy I didn’t see any of the employees bussing the tables. The dining room was not clean. Not sure I’ll be back.

What more could u ask for lots of flavors to choose from bursting with flavor and finger licking good!!!

Decided to try Wingstop for the first time in 9 years, this place was ridiculous!
Crowded, dirty, digital soda fountain was leaking & got sticky ass soda all over my flip flops. Garbage piled on main countertop…
I ordered the 20 Wing Special with fries, soda & ranch… Wings were tiny, over fried & flavorless…(mind you I ordered the garlic Parmesan, which was laying in a pool of oil in the Togo box). Fries were over seasoned & soggy beyond saving… How do you fuck up French fries!!!
Not to mention a few orders ahead of mine that were called in & handed out wrong as I sat there waiting for my order & listen to a man say he did not order boneless wings but that’s what they made for him…
Needless to say, I will never again cheat on Buffalo Wild Wings again for WingStop… Even JJ’s Fish & Chicken on Fairgrounds has better wings & fries!
