Super disappointed. We called to place an order for delivery but they said they wouldn’t deliver to our address in Vallejo. However if we would have ordered online it said it would deliver. We asked the lady why this was and she said her boss said no. Doesn’t make sense… Unfortunately we didn’t get to order any pizza…

We just moved to the area and after 2 days of moving and unpacking, we didnt want to make anything. Mountain Mikes delivered to our apartment, pizza arrived hot and tasty. Not too heavy on the sauce. Salad was pretty good too.

Having a hankering for pizza, we ordered a 2-pizza special online and the website gave us a waiting time of 20 – 30 minutes. I got there in exactly 30 minutes, and only waited 3 minutes in line before I picked up my pizza. The staff was generally pleasant, and had no problems there. It was totally painless. This review is for the pick up aspect of this establishment, and can’t say I have any complaints. Their pizza is superb as always and always piping hot at the time I order. I’d definitely keep coming back here!

PICKANOTHERPIZZAJOINT. WOW! This place was the best pizza joint in town for great specialty XXL pizzas… WAS is a keyword. I have been ordering from this particular joint for my Kaiser employees and students the last 12 or more years. They were family friendly very polite, punctual, and always above and beyond. It was like«Cheers» of pizza joints in Vallejo. They were also tipped very well. Then I just read the Unilocal comments and just realized the reason its bad is its under new management. I ordered 2 mountain sized pizzas at 10:50am. Raj(the owner) said that they don’t open til 11am so the pizzas won’t by there til 11:50am and he’s willing to take the order. 11:50am rolls around and I wait outside to receive the order to make it easier for the delivery driver. 12:20pm rolls around and still nothing, so i call Mountain Mike’s to check the status. Maybe the driver is lost again at the facility? Raj states that the driver just pulled up to the Kaiser facility and is now delivering it to my department. I tell him I’m outside and I don’t see anyone with pizzas and he tells me that he’ll check and call me back right away. 40 minutes later I call Mountain Mike’s back and Raj tells me that he should be there already and I respond with«You told me he was already here 40 minutes ago.» I then get another call on the other line and the guy states he’s delivering the pizzas and says«I’m almost there, I’m just 4 stoplights away». I then switch back to Raj the manager and tell him to cancel my order and credit my account as I cannot trust his word nor his service. He agrees, apologizes, and confirms my name, the pizzas, and delivery location and my card with me. 7 business days later: No credit has been issued to my account. I call Mountain Mike’s and some young man answers. I tell him that I need to speak to his manager, preferably Raj. He thens responds that, his manager just left 3 minutes ago for a delivery and won’t be back for another 15 minutes. I tell him that I’m his buddy at 7 – 11 and he ends up passing the phone to Raj. I tell Raj that he didn’t credit my account for the pizzas early this week and he says that it takes 4 – 5 business days. I tell him it was actually last week over 9 business days ago and ask him why he tends to be dishonest with his customer and it was never the case before. I also ask him why he teaches his employees to lie to customers about«Leaving for a delivery». He responded with«I just got back». HAHA! It’s been over a month now and I never got the credit. I finally was able to file a dispute with my bank over the funds taken. I wonder if he’ll have his employees forge my signature. they probably lie to the health department about the cleanliness of their kitchen. STAYCLEARFROMTHISPIZZAJOINT.

I was on my way to Sacramento and pulled off freeway for a lunch-break. Had tried this pizza outfit in other locations and figured I’d get the same quality and service. Big mistake! — teenagers behind the countre was rude. Kept me waiting for over 5-minutes while she gossiped on the phone with someone. — finally took my order with an attitude of, «What are you doing here, can’t you see I have better things to do?» — she couldn’t enter the order correctly and had to cancel. then asked me, «What do you want again?» — I was told 20-minutes, checked with them at 30-minutes and she told me, «Whoops, they hadn’t started it yet?» WTF? I should’ve asked for a refund right then and there and gone to Taco Bell or Panda Express next door… anyway — when I finally got my pizza, it was crispy on the outside, but the middle was soggy! The dough just underneath the toppings was still gooey! Yuck. Pizza’s not rocket-science people, train your teenagers! There are machines that’ll save you time and money by automating steps. Take a look at how Costco makes their pizza! I’m never, ever going to this Mountain Mike’s pizza again and I suggest no one else does either.

I have always had a great experience with them since I moved here a year ago. Tonight, however, was TERRIBLE. I ordered my pizza at 6:50PM. I called at 7:50PM. Was asked if I ordered from Benicia or Vallejo. I said I ordered from Vallejo and this is the number in my confirmation email. I was placed on hold twice and told finally told my pizza was out for delivery. I asked when it should be here and someone else took the phone and told me it should be there in 5 to 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I get a call from someone with a very thick accent and I told her I was sorry I couldn’t understand what she was saying to which she replied, «Do you speak English?» In a very nasty tone. Yes, lady, English is the only language I speak. Regardless I handed the phone off to my husband who went outside and got the pizza. It had been over an hour and a half at that point and the pizza was cold. We called and were told we would have a replacement order within 35 minutes(excellent handling of the situation). 45 minutes later we get a call from the same girl who couldn’t find our house(where she had delivered a pizza 45 minutes ago). Are you kidding me. Stop putting the pizza in your trunk, that’s why it’s getting so COLD. Learn to use GPS my house isn’t on an island, it’s pretty easy to find. Overall I will probably give them another chance but they need a new delivery driver. If this girl delivers another pizza and I get this same experience from her I will be forced to find another source for my pizza.

I would give this place a ZERO if I could. I’m never going there again! I ordered two pizzas online and went to pick them up. Simple enough right? Well, when I got home, one of the pizzas was missing half its toppings! That’s just inexcusable! No reason for that kind of service. They should’ve called me to let me know they’re out and if I’d like to order a different one.

I arrived at 11:30AM with my two young(2&4) grandkids. The one employee(I never saw anyone else working there in the hour I was there!) was on the phone taking an order. Although I was standing there waiting to order, he took another phone call before taking my order. Midway through the call he starts waving at me. I asked if he was still speaking with someone and he said no. I told him I wanted to order a pizza. He said, «Buffet?». No, a pizza, and 3 waters. He placed 3 very small plastic cups in front of me. Although he was STILL on the phone I asked if there were lids for the kid’s cups. He pointed to the right, whatever that meant. And I asked if I could have a bigger cup so I wouldn’t have to get up numerous times. He basically waved me off. I asked if there was a highchair for my grandson. Again, over to the right. I left 1 small water cup on the counter and took one of the larger cups that were stacked up on the counter. We found a booth that wasn’t torn and dirty. I got the kids situated and went and got water for us. The lids that I’d been told would fit the small«Dixie» cup didn’t come close. They were for a small sized soda cup. After 30 minutes I went to ask when our pizza would be ready. The sole employee was back in the kitchen cooking. He put up 3 fingers. When he brought the pizza I had to ask for plates and silverware to cut the pizza into pieces for my 2 yr old grandson. When he came back he asked if I was ready to PAY for the large cup I’d taken. Excuse me? He told me they were for soda only and there was a sign there saying as much. I told him if he’d given me proper attention when taking my order I might have known that. Further, I was sitting IN the restaurant drinking water. This was NOT a disposable cup that some establishments consider«inventory», it was a reusable drinking glass! And I hadn’t taken anything but the WATER I’d requested, yet he expected me to PAY for the use of the glass. I truly thought he was kidding and sat there starting at him. I finally told him to just take the damn thing. How absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been to plenty of restaurants and never heard of anything like this! I see that I’m not the only one to complain about the lack of staffing in this restaurant. How do they expect any one person to do EVERYTHING, but they do! Never again, never again.

Pretty good pizza place. It’s always clean and the buffet is always full lol. Everytime i’ve been here it hasn’t been very many people in there. Maybe a family or two. I like the environment. They have plenty of games and a couple of nice flat screen TV’s to catch a game while enjoying the pizza. Me and my fiancé usually order their specialty pizza The Pineapple Chicken Luai… Which is heavenly!!! If your looking for fresh and fast pizza… They’re the place.

Terrible Terrible, T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E Costumer service, this place makes mountain mikes look bad, I took my family to eat here and we ordered a large pizza, wings, salads, drinks, ect., We had a big order and after we are done ordering and are ready to pay, the cashier then says sorry it’s cash only today, so why not say this before? Okay we didn’t mind and paid and sat down, we waited 25 mins and a waiter came and asked us if we would like cheese/peppers or blue cheese, we said yes and she walked away and never came back, WEWALKEDUPMANYTIMESTRYINGTOTELLTHEM, we needed napkins, peppers, and the worst part of the experience was we ordered drinks and they gave us little plastic cups, the place wasn’t even packed so are you guys low on cups??? Ridiculous take your money else where guys.

Big time management problems! I feel sorry for the kid that’s working this lunch buffet by himself. He’s answering the phones, running the register, making pizza, and cleaning tables. Smh. The place isn’t too clean. There’s huge greasy finger marks across all the pictures. This leaves me to wonder that if its this dirty in the visible areas, what’s going on with the surfaces of the tables, chairs, cheese/chili flake shakers, etc. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the kid working still had good customer service skills under the pressure he was under and the pizza wasn’t half bad.

BEWARE! Do not order from here! Ordered online for a staff meeting with an expected delivery time of 11am and at 11:50 am no pizza was received. Called and spoke with staff and their incompetent manager, Raj. The employees and manager here have no understanding of customer service what so ever. I told manager«incompetent Raj» that my credit card was however charged and he said there was nothing he can do. I asked who can I speak with to reimburse charges and his answer was«I don’t know, I’m the manager.» If this is the character of their manager who lacks customer service and integrity, then I would definitely question their whole establishment. Well if you live on Porter St. your not getting a pizza delivered to your house or apartment. I’ve been a long time customer of Mountain Mikes and NEVER had a problem until I moved to Vallejo. The first night I moved here I was told they don’t deliver to my street at all. Huh? I spoke to the district manager(who was extremely nice and concerned) and thought the situation had been resolved, but I guess not. I feel they are discriminating and I am actually offended. Whenever I have called and they hear I live on Porter they become very rude and I am appalled. They actually start speaking to me in a whole different tone and manner as if they are having a whole new conversation. This last time I called they took my info, credit card, and told me they would be to my location in an hour. 45 minutes later the store mgr called me and said they don’t deliver to Porter. Then the franchise owner called to confirm. He said they only delivered one time as a courtesy. What? Why wait until I was JUST told my pizza was paid for and on it’s way(the driver had it and was actually nearing my location) to turn around with this??? Mind you each time it was BROADDAYLIGHT. The last time it was still light outside(not that that should have made a difference) but by the time they decided not to deliver it was dark. So frustrating to say the least. My sister lives in the complex next door and she’s just as shocked. Each time this has happened I called Dominos for DELIVERY and there was absolutely no problem or concern. So are Mountain Mikes drivers better than their competitors? It’s unfortunate that I’ve had this horrible experience but I would deter anyone from patronizing this location. If you live in Vallejo, regardless of where, I suggest you make a drive to Benicia. Better service, food, and a much cleaner location. Get it together.

HORRIBLE… HORRIBLE…H O R R I B L E! Nasty…I ordered extra cheese on my pizza and they hardly put ANYCHEESE on it… The crust was supposed to be thin, but it wasn’t .It tasted like bread and the sauce had a sweet taste like Philipino spaghetti(Nothin against Philipino speghetti I actually like Philipino spaghetti) It took them Damn near a hour to get me my Pizza. Plus it made me sick… There pizza use to taste better… Before they shut down and reopened… I should have gone to Round table(Which was my first choice) Don’t waste your time, money, or taste buds on this Overpriced crap !! If I could give this place a lower star I would. Ordered online with a promise of 50 minutes, after almost 2 hours decided to call in and check on the order. I was then placed on hold for 10 minutes only to be hung up on. Called back for a second time and after a lot of searching he finally identified my order in their online system, but as red. They still charged my card for the pizza and a 20% tip, but decided my order wasn’t valid to be made or delivered, but my money was still good to take. The guy then said well the pizza wasn’t made so we can’t deliver it, didn’t even offer to make it and rush it out or even really apologize. Just declared no pizza for me and the charges would be reversed in 24 – 48 hours. I know our pizza delivery choices are thin out here, but I highly recommend any place but this one for your pizza needs!!!

If you like over priced pizza that is just as greasy and hairy as the delivery person this is the spot for you. In addition to having a hair in our pizza, they didn’t bring the plates or ranch. This is the same guy who asks for a tip. Really. I usually tip service people but when you go out of your way to provide a bad product and bad service you get no tip.
