I wish Unilocal had negative starts. The drivers don’t speak English, he was 2 hours late when he called to tell me he was driving up and down the road that I was not even on. He was clear across the town from where I was. He then towed my truck in first gear for 2 miles. After my truck was smoking and almost fell off the back of the truck he then decided to load it on the flat bed. The motor now had a HOLE through it and a HOLE through the exhaust manifold. $ 6000 estimate to fix. Do not use this company and if you have farmers make sure they don’t send these guys out!

I am only giving one star because I have no choice. I would give zero stars if possible. Can’t comment on to their service because after 2 ½ hours of waiting I had farmers roadside assistance cancel with them.
I have a RAV4 that is all-​wheel-​drive and requires a flatbed to tow it. Maybe that had something to do with how long it was taking.
But I still don’t understand how if I am told by roadside assistance that the tow will be there between 45 minutes and 60 minutes and an hour and a half later when I contact the roadside service they get back to me to say they are being told it will be another 15 minutes then why is it they never show!
After looking at so many other of the reviews I can see that this is a very sloppy run company and I can guarantee they will never have a customer in me as well as for the next couple days that’s all I will be talking about is how Nelsons tow company screwed my day over.

Because of this guy’s lack of common sense and ablity to do his job my engine got blown up and my car got totalled! He drove the car with no oil in my engine both at pickup and drop off. I have witnesses! At any rate don’t do business with this guy! I now have a car payment where I did not before! Do not use

Nelson came up to Calistoga on the Sunday afternoon of Memorial day weekend to load my Porsche onto his flatbed. He was careful and polite. He drove it to Mill Valley and dropped it off at the service lot and turned the keys into the night drop workout me. The manager who took my information was also very professional and helpful. Nelson even texted me pictures of my car parked at its destination.

showed up after 1hr 25 minutes. complained my truck was too large. wanted a tip. getto. stay away.

Worst company every!!! They don’t speak or understand English. They drive crappie truck that are held together by dirt and ratchet straps. show up late and try to extort customers for more money… DONT USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD…

If you are looking for THE WORST SERVICE EVER call this company!!! This company doesn’t speak English will take an hour longer than projected to arrive then extort you for more money than agreed upon; before your vehicle is loaded, 40 minutes later my truck was loaded in the crapiest truck you could ask for, then call them. My insurance company told me to go through them, worst mistake ever!!! Then when I called to file a complaint the dispatcher could not speak English and kept giving me the run around. If I could give them company negative stars I would!
