Elevape

First things first: Elevape is a treasure.
Situated in the middle of Old Vallejo (AKA the Downtown), Elevape might be in a sort of shady area — but it’s definitely the place to go if you’re looking for what every consumer is looking for in a vaping establishment: awesome staff, chill atmosphere, — and most importantly — good quality merchandise.
This place is the vape smoker’s safe haven in a run-​down city like Vallejo — even more so since it’s downtown. Staff is good — they offer suggestions to fit your budget (and your vape) without all the hassling. Now as for atmosphere: simplistic yet modern. They keep it as clutter-​less as possible but they have a pool table, comfy seating, and a TV with an Xbox to boot.
And the merchandise: they offer a wide variety of good brands of flavor (I recommend their Condensed Brand line of flavors.) Talk to them for a bit and they offer you tips on how to make your vaping experience better — replace the coils on your RDA, picking which tank suits the wattage range of your mod, you name it.
At least in Vallejo, I haven’t seen a smoke shop this good come up in a while.

There are lots of vape shops in town but I really like this one because:
Good prices
Excellent selection, including vegetarian oils!
Well trained staff
It’s a vape shop vibe, not a head shop vibe
Lots of cool hipsters around enjoying themselves
Really cool old downtown building that, BTW IS EARTHQUAKE RETROFITTED!
Oh, yeah, last but not least, Locally Owned!!!
Go and be impressed.

These guys are super helpful, told my problem over the phone and they said bring it in and let’s see what’s wrong. Got there and was greeted but literally everyone in the shop, and spencer is the one who helped me out, informed me about some things that I didn’t know about coils and was very informative. Will be coming back.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff in a relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone!

Napa ford gave us the best customer service, we ever had at a dealership.

I had the pleasure of having a conversation with the extremely knowledgeable staff that helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If you are just a first timer or a expert when it comes to the vaping community this is the place to go. You can immediately tell the difference between the places that are dedicated to their customers with quality products and information rather then the ones just going through the motions. Good job guys. I sincerely appreciate everything you have done for me and I will be sure to be a loyal customer.

I would also like to add that I came to visit here for the first time a couple of nights ago. Got a Clapton build. Built by Spencer. I took it home and it would not fire on my mod. I returned about 2 days after, and Spencer and Nate fixed the build and got it to work on my mod!!! Again great customer service!!!
I’ll be referring all my friends and family to visit these guys for all their vaping needs for sure!

First off this is my first review. This place was so awesome that I felt I had to tell everyone about the outstanding customer service experience and the biggest bang for your buck. Everyone is personable and helpful. I felt comfortable there. There is a couch and tv with PlayStation that you can chill and vape. The wi fi is free! Not to mention the cleanliness of the shop. I’ve found my new second home.

Great selection of vape juice flavors. The people are super chill and helpful. Nice lounge spot as well.

Seriously, as good as it gets.
Fair prices with knowledgable service from honest nice people.
No bs, no clone crap and great products.
What more do you need?

These guys and this shop are great! I went in the other day looking to try this as a way to quit smoking. I’ve tried the gum, patches, will power, a quit smoking book and nothing has worked… Until now! I got the starter kit from them and I’m up to THREE days cigarette free!!! Weeee! So They were super nice and were patient with all of my questions. They explained how I can wean myself down off the nicotine. They let me sample as many of the juices that I wanted (I went with the tiki, YUM!) and they didn’t look at me like a chore when I asked them to «tell me again how you…» Or «show me again how to put the juice in» lol The customer service was great. Like seriously! Thank you so much Nate and Spencer! Customer service aside, on a human level I really appreciate the support and encouragement in quitting smoking! I’ll come back, in all my not smelling like cigarettes glory, for more juice! :)

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Great crew and all your vaping needs!

The shop provided excellent customer service and they had a wide variety of products. The juice testing station, pool table, and PS3 are a good touch to the shop.

These guys are awesome! Customer service is top notch and welcoming and they have a good selection and I
hope they continue to grow.
They took the time out to explain to me mechanical mods and the perks and were willing to explain how to get started.

stopped by while i was in the area. cool place with a nice selection of juices the staff was very helpful and took their time to answer my questions. i will definitely be back again soon also they have a pool table so i might show off my skills when i come back.

Stopped into one of the only shops in town that’s open past sundown to try some local flavors. I’m a SoCal native so I like to sample NorCal flavors when I’m up here. Selection was good considering they haven’t been up and running very long. Customer service was excellent. Sat and talked to the owner for almost an hour after closing time and swapped pics of our favorite builds. Always nice to do business with someone who knows their product and can advise the customer on likes and dislikes. Thanks again Spencer! Will be returning on every trip I take up North! I hope to see you at Elevape!

Its me @benvaping visiting another shop and i must say if i can add more than 5 stars i would… fairly new and inventory is growing. they are definately heading in the right direction! Awesome owner n staff… looking forward to their official grand opening!

One of the nicest shops I’ve been to in a while. Very clean and laid back environment. Spencer and Nate, the owners, are awesome! Friendly guys, extremely chill and helpful. I highly recommend this shop!

As an establishment, this was well done.
The moment I stepped in, I was already sitting down relaxing in Elevape with the owner/​employee.
The layout of the place is spacious, but still very home-​y which is how a lot of shops should be portrayed.
The service itself from everyone is really ‘lax and welcoming which is a +1 in my book and I’m sure any other newcomer and/​or seasoned vapor would appreciate.
As for the inventory, Elevape is very well stocked for being open for only 1 week and is only looking to expand which is definitely a positive.

Was visiting the bay area and was looking for some replacements and juice. I stopped in here and was very impressed at the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Great juices and awesome staff. Spencer & Nate were extremely helpful to me and don’t mind you asking questions. Class act operation you’re running here. Thanks for making my visit to the bay area easier in finding the items I needed.
