I am sooo upset with the guy who made my ice cream!!! I did the $ 9.99 size. I always always get founders favorite for the past 10 years or more since they opened. It is the only flavor I get, so I know how it tastes. And now it doesn’t taste like my Founders Favorite:(I’m so upset, sad disappointed frustrated. I politely informed him that it wasn’t enough ingredients; he said its the standard, so I decided to trust him. Then my $ 9.99 carton size was a ¼ empty very obvious! So he decides to slap ONLY the sweet cream ice cream then seals it and gives it to me, I said«oh no please you have to mix it up that’s tooooo much of only sweet cream ice cream» I get how you can have here and there not mixed up but this was way too much it’s like only eating sweet cream ice cream! Im getting Founders Favorite not sweet cream ice cream! So he mixes it! Then I’m looking at it, it’s not enough of founders favorite mix inns since he adds more ice cream! I’m soo sad because I was right it don’t taste like a Founders Favorite! This is a waste of money!!! I’ve realized through this Unilocal review I am a Founders Favorite fanatic! Someone help my craving!

Gotta say this is the filthiest Stone Cold Creamery I have ever been in. Every table was crusted over with dried ice cream that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. There were even chopped nuts laying on the window sills. My friend ordered vanilla and got coconut. The guy didn’t believe her when she asked to have it corrected. Had to taste each one. Good thing she’s not allergic to coconut.

Last time I am ever frequenting a cold stone again. Horrible customer service. You used to hear about how cool it was to work here and How they make you do find stuff like sing at your interview. If you were in high school, you’d think it was so fun to work here. Yeah… First off, I walk in with my daughter and we are greeted by a girl and I show her a BOGO coupon I remembered I got recently in my email. She said its fine to use so I decide to make good use of it and get 2 gotta have its for me and my daughters movie night! Ok so she was nice but there was another girl, who never smiled or acknowledged us or anything. Geez, it’s cold in there… Ice queens. Also, my mom comes in and decides she wants to also get a like it size. The girl helping us rings us up… And then rudely some other chick not even in uniform, she’s wearing a polo assn. shirt– walks up and changes the ring up. Saying coldly«you need to bring in a print out» and I told her it doesn’t say that anywhere. All the while she’s scrolling on my phone saying«yes it says it at the bottom» and never indicates where it says this– it doesn’t. And voids the transaction and rings it up for full price. Ok, first off the coupon expires today. It’s holidays season. You can’t make an exception?! ESPECIALLYIFITDOENSTSAYTHATITNEEDSTOBEPRINTED. Also, cold stone… It’s 2015… Don’t send email coupons if you won’t accept it on the phone– invest in personalized barcodes if you’re worried about fraud. The girl who helped us was nice and I realize she’s probably new because she was hesitant with ingredients but cmon chick. You could at least advocate for us since you did tell me we could use it. I don’t know what’s happened to cold stone but I’m cool off you guys now. My husband doesn’t like cold stone like that– he prefers good ol’ 31 flavors. So we will go there from now on.

5 stars for the Asian guy worker I think Sean or Simon? He made me a Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some with some other things added. Great customer service, very friendly and still had a good attitude even with rude customers :)

I like this place. They have a lot of options which is nice. The people are friendly and they made my dessert just as I wanted it. The only thing that would be better is if they had outside seating. I mean we are in California after all. There are some small seats inside

I here today and asked if there was gluten in a certain flavor, they said, «yeah there is milk in there», then I asked about the sorbet, «oh that’s water based, no milk» I explain to them what gluten was, got a blank face from them and walked out because I was scared to have an allergic reaction. Gave this place 3 stars because management just has to educate employees, or have a list posted so people with allergies don’t ask tons of questions. I will try agin to see if it changes

With summer just around the corner what better way to cool down than with some ice cream. As generous as the regular sized waffle cone with the scoop of ice cream that goes with it is, spending about $ 7 leaves me feeling mixed. I did get peanut butter and chocolate which was very good. :)

Like any other coldstones location the ice cream is reasonably priced for the quality of the ice cream. Chill staff working here greeting every customer that walks in without an issue or forcefulness. Walking distance from everything you need.

I am really disappointed with this place. Gone are the days when this used to be where you go to buy quality ice cream anything, especially cake. Sure, you can buy a $ 20 ice-cream cake from Baskin-Robbins or Safeway, but it would not be Cold Stone cake — because you can taste Cold Stone quality! My recent experience was extremely disappointing. I spent close to $ 50 for an ice cream because it was a special occasion, as all birthdays should be. First thing I noticed when I got the cake was the shoddy cake writing. In all honesty, it looked as if the writing was a first grader’s finger print project. It was horrible! It was off centered and the writings were slanted from one side to the other. Then I noticed how plane the cake was — what ever happened to Cold Stone putting some decorations on the cake? I think the plainness of the cake was made more obvious by the fact that the writing was to the left so the right side was just this blank white canvas with no writing or decoration. The most disappointing part about the cake though was the quality. My guests actually asked me if I got the cake from Safeway because it tasted just like Safeway cake! Actually, I think Safeway’s cake tastes better because Cold Stone’s cake is basically all bread now. Plus, I don’t even think Cold Stone uses their ice cream for their ice cream cake! The ice cream was just bland. If you’re looking for quality cake for a special occasion, look elsewhere. Cold Stone cannot live up to the expectation that its brand means quality. What a sad state of affair really, now that Cold Stone is not worth it anymore. I would much rather go to Safeway or Wal-Mart; at least the price is right for the quality of their products.

The racheezie is my most favorite create your own and my go-to. It’s sweet cream ice cream with caramel and graham crackers. It’s sooo good! My second favorite is a coldstone signature creation, the pie who loved me. It’s made with cheesecake ice cream, fudge, oreos, and graham cracker pie crust. My favorite seasonal flavor is their dark chocolate peppermint ice cream which super rich in chocolate. And beware, your mouth will turn black if you get it. For hours, the place is open until 9pm monday-thursday, until 10pm friday and saturday, and until 8 on sunday. The customer service is okay. Sometimes there’s about a 5 – 10 minute wait when I go, but it goes by fast. Lauren is my favorite ice cream maker, she always mixes my ice cream really well! Oh and if you order a cake, order it in advance and call the day before to confirm your order to make sure it’ll be made on time and that the cake you want is correct.
