I live around the area, and did noticed this café. So i decided to check it out. The staff is very friendly! The food is great! The restaurant is neat. I have no complains at all. First time i was there i order the huevos rancheros. It comes with a side of rise and beans! I recommend it to everybody i know! So go and check it out your self!

This used to be one of Vallejo’s hidden treasures. A family owned moms and pops diner … With good America food. There breakfast used to be great there grits were on point. There Chinese food was never to die for or there burgers. It was mostly know for breakfast, I was so sad when Cathy sold the place the new owner who doesn’t cook like the old owners. So if you’ve been Going to this place for over 15 years like I have its not the same …

Definitely mom and pops place! I love their fluffy pancakes. I think the Pops is the cook. My favorite combo. Crispy bacon with fried rice and a side of potstickers! Here you can combine American breakfast and Chinese food :) a great place to ring people who can’t decide if they want breakfast, lunch, American or Asian … :) and they are really nice an friendly here. BRINGCASH! No cards accepted.

Service is kind of slow but it’s usually a few people inside… Great breakfast for a CHEAP price

A classic Vallejo spot! Been coming here for years — consistently good food, great prices, and friendly staff. Try the pancakes, the wor won ton soup, the pork foo young and the homemade pie. Seriously good food. Kathy will treat you like you’re family.

I think that this has undergone an ownership change since the previous reviews. I was lured in with the cheeseburger combo sign in the window, hoping that this was a real greasy spoon, but everything on the board was Chinese. I should have gone with the Chinese food, but I had a taste for cheeseburger. Food I would give 1 star at best; another star for an interesting conversation: When breakfast was delivered, the young woman kept insisting that she had ordered potatoes, not hash browns.(Does she not know that hash browns are potatoes or was she looking for mashed potatoes or bad frozen crinkle cut fries that were the only other potato products on offer). And 1 star for being in Vallejo, which is never given enough credit.

I love this place. The owner/cook«Wanda» is awesome. I always get the hamburger steak(with onions cooked in) and eggs! The best!

Hole in the wall? More like«Corner in the Hood» and it doesn’t get better than this! My BFF took me here a couple years back and it was delightful. Today, I went with her baby sister and I have to say her dynamic story, the hood action outside and the YUM food inside made for a perfect morning. I ordered the sausage patty and american cheese omelet with buttery rich crispy hash browns, wheat toast and a large and cold OJ to wash it all down. Baby sis had already ate so she got to tell me her story and oh what a story it was!!! I would tell you but then I’d have to kill you. And, I love you too much to do that so, I gotta keep it PI. I can tell you that as I enjoyed my meal, and cackled many of my obnoxious LOLs, I watched a teddy bear drug deal across the street and saw a man trying to sale wads of newspaper from a ripped plastic grocery bag. Now, that’s hood rich ambiance… all for $ 9.66 Don’t miss out. And don’t waste time circling the joint for parking. Just bite the bullet and park in front of the«Adult Fun Shop» no one will suspect a thing.

We were starving for lunch and stopped here on the way to Napa from Oakland. This seems like a family run business– my guess is that the cook was the mother, and the waiter her son. I had a club sandwich, everyone else with me had breakfast. I wish I’d had the pancakes– very yummy. Some shady characters around on the street!

Inexpensive nothing-fancy diner food with mainly American and some Chinese dishes. They have home made pies which are ok.
