A hole in the wall place. My family and I eat here all the time. The staff is very friendly and they have a good sense of humor. Portions are big! We like to order the«dinner for one» deals. Try the the salt pepper calamari! 4 stars because of cleanliness.

I’ve been coming to Annie’s for a while and while I say their food is awesome, this is not the place to come if you’re looking for high end cuisine. This place is located right off the freeway and is a convenient place to fulfill your Chinese food cravings. I love coming to Annie’s for their lunch special because it is super affordable. They have a combination plate for about $ 8 and it comes with 2 choices of dishes over rice of chow mien and soup and an appetizer of an egg roll or friend prawn. My personal recommendations are: Hong Kong style chow mien(which is a noodle dish, served with hard noodles that gradually cook as you mix the cooked veggies and protein), the Sichuan beef served with their garlicy sauce, the calamari(which you can ask for chili sauce for dipping) and honey walnut prawns. Their meals come with hot tea and a fortune cookie when you pay. However, be warned that you might not be served a glass of water until the end of the meal or until you continually ask. They are definitely good about take-out orders and their food is served in a very timely manner.

It was our first time in a long dining in, and my mom noticed the molded windows, the dusty curtains, and the food stains on the table. The food was OK. I don’t know what people mean by fresh. I believe the better for takeout, but eating in was disgusting. My mom was complaining that her appetite was ruined and she asked me to write this review. So really these are her words. She imagine the area, the kitchen being filthy as their dining area. My mom says she will never eat there ever again because her appetite is lost forever. Do not order the house special fried rice because they have fake shrimp. If you guided please just look around you. This place has been here for decades and they have not remodeled. «I’m still picturing everything. I’m disgusted», says my mom. And this was about four days ago.

Disgusting. This is food court Chinese served on a plate. Those who are saying this is fresh really should be questioned. Every thing is premade and frozen where they heat in a wok and throw on some sauce. This is why you get your food in five minutes. Very low quality meat and frozen vegetables. Even the hot tea is bad.

Just went there for the first time. Getting over a stomach bug and craving hot and sour soup. They kicked it out of the park. So very good. Spicy and tangy and full of flavor. I can’t wait to come back and try more of what they have to offer. Simply yummy.

Love the service! It’s so refreshing getting quality service, even with as packed as it was! The food was great and the honey walnut prawns were fantastic. The atmosphere is nice, even though it’s not 100% beautiful it kind of takes me somewhere else. Both owners are very nice. I’ll be coming back for sure.

This may be my last time ordering from here. Their service SUCKS! When you order over the phone and say a specific time to pick up it is NEVER ready when I get there. They don’t actually start preparing the order til you get there. If they are worried about people not picking up their orders why not charge them ahead of time so you don’t get stiffed? Food is decent just so aggrevated by the service.

They have the best Chinese food in town. Always consistent. They also feature a buffet that is very reasonably priced. Oh! And the salt and pepper wing, are to die for.

This place has the best value Chinese food. Esp. Lunch. You can not beat these prices. My gripe here is parking. The parking lot is so small and hard to park.

Love this place… House fried rice and house chow mein is delicious… Honey walnut prawns and prawns in lobster sauce are excellent!!! So it is an older restaurant that could be updated… So what!!! They remember my order for drinks and food as we have been going there for over a decade… Oh… And they deliver!!!

2nd time getting take out from here and I must say it was gooooood. I ordered the lemon chicken and chow mein dinner, which comes with soup, a chicken salad, egg roll, and wonton. I also ordered the Peking spare ribs… very good. Everything was fresh and hot.

Worst experience of my life here. First off remove the big buffet if you’re not going to use it for food, it is a tremendous eye sore. Second CLEAN your restaurant! Disgusting with dust and cobwebs everywhere. I can’t imagine eating there, luckily we were getting our food to go. Third be up front when you give an estimate on how long food should take. We were told 15 minutes for our order it was 45 instead. When we asked why the discrepancy we were told it was because we had ordered two entrees. You knew we ordered two entrees when you told us 15 minutes. Finally the food was really bland and not really worth the money. Will not be returning.

This place is a hidden gem! I don’t know why it gets such a bad wrap. I’ve eaten here more than 20x and Ive never been sick or had bad quality food. Great tasting food at a great price and employees are really friendly. I’ll always be a fan of this place and will keep coming back! The mandarin prawns are the best!

They really really really need to clean this place. Really, they really need to clean this place. All the tablecltohs still have dried food crumbs and smears from the previous costumers. It really raises the question if they even wash the tablecloths. The place itself really needs new paint. Looks like the walls really have not been washed in years.

The food here was fresh and delicious. I like the family style seating. This place was very clean and seems to be very family oriented. I read a review about someone having bad service, so I was skeptical about that. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with our friendly service. I’m wondering if possibly there was a problem with other diners concerns being lost in translation. It’s very obvious English is not their first language but they try, and for me that counts for a lot. We ordered orange chicken, curry chicken, broccoli beef, hot and sour soup, sweet and sour pork, pork fried rice, and pork chow mien. It was 68 $ total including tea and soda for seven of us which is not bad at all. My favorite was the Curry Chicken and I highly recommend you trying it!!! I’m giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 due to the general location & ambience. It’s not the nicest neighborhood around and Annie’s seeming to be a bit outdated as well, they could defiantly use a décor revamp.

The food was soooo good! The fried rice and the lemon chicken were on point. The service was quick and the food was hot. For dessert they have ice cream and other stuff. The service was okay but the food made up for it.

Since I have been 17 years old, I have been making eating stops at Panda Garden off and on for almost a decade. The same workers are working from what I can remember and they have better English speaking skills! Seems to be family owned. Located right off the 80 highway near Six Flags on Fairgrounds Drive, the place is nothing too fancy. There are numerous parking spots, but the parking lot is small. Watch out when you are leaving the parking lot due to the small space. In my opinion, the food is pretty good. Variety of cheap lunch specials that come with soup, rolls, and tea. Love the wonton soup, hot & sour soup, egg flower soup, and seafood soups they produce. Usual orders of choice are the vegetable prawn deluxe, Mongolian beef entrees, and orange chicken. The plates are full of food for the price and is great for anyone who is hungry for Chinese food! Overall, decent Chinese cuisine with a casual atmosphere fit for dining with families.

Been coming to this place for over ten yrs. food is always on point. The servers are always pleasantly nice. I wish I can go here more often but the few times that I have my experience has been great. I always get my useful Mongolian beef, beef chow fun, prawns fried rice and either hot and sour soup or wonton soup. Finding parking is hard when the place is packed. Getting a table isn’t a problem either at least the times we’ve been there.
