This place is a little slice of culinary heaven! I came in here today looking for a spiralizer. I was greeted by a very friendly sales associate who asked if I needed help. I told her the item I was looking for, and she retrieved it for me right away! Such awesome customer service! The best part was that I had my two kids with me in a double stroller, and they were very accommodating to its size. I was having a bit of trouble reaching the register, and the sales associate moved a wooden shelf on the floor so that I could get through. She even gave me suggestions for different ways the spiralizer could be used. The customer service paired with high quality products makes this store awesome. I would have loved to stay longer and browse, but my kids were hungry. This is definitely the place for anyone that loves to cook!

I would like to take some time to exploit the horrible experience I had at this store. I went into the store to look for a Christmas gift and I found exactly what I was looking for! I picked up a Himalayan pink sea salt block from the lower shelf. As I was standing in line to pay for it, a sales associate came up and took the block from my hands and stated«I’m sorry, I just talked to a customer in Michigan who wanted this» and she took it from me while in line! I expressed my discontentment and she said she was sorry but that was the last one in the store and she could give me 15% off anything else I wanted in the store. I didn’t want anything else, I wanted what I came in for, the salt block. I left the store very appalled about how they could possibly treat a customer like this. I went home and called the cooperate office and spoke to a customer service rep. Who was apologetic but still had no resolution for me. They didn’t offer me another salt block or to replace the one I had in my hands at the register. Needless to say I will not be spending any of my money in a W & S as long as I live. Heed this as your warning, they have lost a customer for life.

Wow! Absolutely the epitome of customer service. Claire and Aimee took the best care of us. My wife and I had tons of returns/exchanges from our wedding registry and with A packed store made it all happen. There smiles and wonderful, positive attitudes made the process enjoyable and fun. Customer service like this is what makes us want to continue shopping at William Sonoma. These two ladies were amazing. If you are looking to enhance your culinary experience or just want to learn from the best about how to do it. Go visit this store. Thanks for making our day!

I was in need of a gift of my best gal pal and I knew this was the place. She’s the home cook extraordinaire and her cooking rivals the Food Network offerings. I, on the other hand, blow up hot dogs. I needed a place that would have the selection a chef would appreciate, but in a setting I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed in. Then it hit me, Williams-Sonoma! I knew my gal pal would love an interesting addition to her cooking tools selection and Williams-Sonomas’ mall location made it a bit less intimidating. Upon entering the store, my eyes feasted on a variety of shiny objects. Williams-Sonoma offers literally every cooking instrument under the sun, shiny and un-shiny. My expertise stops at measuring spoons, but you can literally get anything you would need to cook here. Some items look more like torture devices — between cherry pitters and French rollers — but they have all of your normal pots, pans, baking items and all types of utensils. I perused the store and was asked plenty of times if I needed help. The workers were genuinely interested in my needs and let me walk freely in the store without being pesky. There was really a great balance of customer service. I found my gift and was checked out quickly by a friendly cashier. Even though they sell scary looking cooking devices, the shopping experience was a breeze. It’s a definite go to for the Rachel Ray kind of gal.

Horrible customer service regarding returns. If giving a gift, be sure you give the recipient the«real» receipt rather than a gift receipt in case they need to make a change. Mgr was so rude as to suggest asking me to contact who gave me the gift in order to make the return — even when i had a gift receipt! What horrible manners! Please learn both some etiquette and some customer service skills.

this is one of those cases where you need to read between the lines… or the stars… i love this store… repeat, LOVE this store. but i will never buy anything from Williams-Sonoma except for maybe a Le Creuset item that they carry. why, do you ask? the prices… i just bought some All-Clad pans from Macy’s in the Town Center next door… next door. and though they may not be the same level of awesomeness the d5 All-Clad’s are at W-S, they are still All-Clad, still have the lifetime warranty, and they were still ½ the price. you decide if that’s worth it to you… it was for me! but neglecting comparisons, this place is a culinary toy store. i love all the stuff they have in there… and its just a tease to browse through cus i know i’ll never buy anything. a side note — ive heard great things about their free classes and id love to go check one of those out sometime…

I wish I could single handedly keep this place in business because I honestly want everything I see in there. All of their merchandise is high-end, well made and practical. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which is a must in my opinion.

Finally opened in Valencia! I have been to this store many times because they have very nice kitchen items. I have their plates, flateware, baking pans and my favorite LTD cookware. They are amazing:) This is one of my favorite store and so happy.

It is an absolute pleasure to go into a store where the employees know their product. They aren’t pushy, they are knowledgeable! I had a 19 year old young man telling me the best way to brine Cornish hens! It’s a pleasure to shop here, you will always find something different or something you didn’t know you MUST have. I signed up for their free stir fry class next month. I’m exited to have them in our city. They have product that you can’t find just anywhere. They carry my brand of TRUFFLESALT — that saves me a trip to L.A. AND it’s $ 16.00 less expensive at Williams-Sonoma!
