Takken’s Shoes

Horrible customer service. Went inside hoping to find comfortable shoes for an event I need to attend this weekend. One of their sales employee «Marco» greeted me with an attitude & when I asked for a shoe size he completely ignore me and helped another customer that had just gotten there. If you don’t like your job, why work there? It;s not even about the shoes or their prices… but one thing I for sure hate is when you aren’t happy with your job & decide to take it out on customers who don’t need any negative attitude.

I would like to personally thank the entire staff at Takkens for such wonderful Customer Service. Especially Mike, Alexis and Marco. I have been in a number of times to purchase Birkenstocks, Uggs and my latest purchase was an adorable pair of Spring Step Boots. Just thrilled with my purchases, see you soon as sandal season is coming!

Really liked the shoe selection and the sales person — very informative, patient, personable and friendly. We got insoles for hubby and pretty Teva shoes for me. Really likes everything about the experience!

Long time customer but never had to return anything. Horrible experience with the return of an unworn pair of dress shoes. Brian (the manager) basically calling me liar saying they shoes had been worn. I walked around my bedroom with them on trying on work clothes for about ½ hour the day i purchase them. They were cutting into my toes so i wanted to return or exchange them. Brian did not want to do either at first but after a bit of an argument he was going to let me exchange them. I could not find anything similar to them so asked for a store credit. He said no but could not give me a reason why. Such terrible customer service and such bad attitude. Why is this guy working there? I am a consumer, a customer, and just wanted to buy a comfortable pair of shoes. I took my uncomfortable shoes, the district office phone number, and left feeling so upset. Never have had an experience like that before. Will never shop there again and neither will any of my friends who all go there for Ugg’s. Should have just gone to Nordstom or Macy’s where the customer service is a daily practice. I gave them one star because they were nice when i bought the shoes. Interesting…

Great service…& great shoes

Waterproof leather shoes? Maybe.
$ 200.00 for waterproof leather shoes? The hell you say!
I went there looking for comfortable dress shoes for my new office job. (If you know me, that’s a huge thing.) I did actually see shoes that looked like they might be both stylish and comfortable.
But $ 200? Really? Really?
I know mall rents are high… but really?
Needless to say, I shopped elsewhere for my shoes…
