First let me say, the waiter was amazing. He should get 5 stars… but then there is the food, so I am giving them 2 stars. Very over priced for the quality and amount of food. The salad dressing is bottled… not very good. I didn’t feel that the place was very clean. King crab legs were ok. Mostly thin ones with spikes all over so not easy to open. Butter was not warm. Patatoe was smaller then my fist. My hubby enjoyed the clam chowder and pasta. The bill 75.00 and we left at 10.00 tip. Not a do again. I rather eat at outback. I mentioned my husbands birthday, but no ice cream or anything…

Picked up To Go and Jo Jo helped me at the bar. She was awesome, friendly, helpful and organized. Showed me everything to make sure it was correct(by her suggestion) and helped myself and others with a friendly smile and pleasant attitude, despite being very busy with bar drinks, people eating at the bar, and take out. This girl should move up and quick! Awesome service! I’ve been here before and had bad service… many times, eating in. But she made me change my tune. :)

We came to Red lobster after a full day at six flags and we showed up around 930pm and everyone was very friendly despite that we were close to closing time. The best person there was pur server Eric. He gave us the best service he did while finishing up his other work because he cant stay pass a certain time. U can hear the pressure from his boss in the background. Just wanna give a shoutout to Eric R. For being the best waiter i have ever had at Red Lobster ! :)

This is the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. From the hostess to the wait staff, everyone was so friendly. Our food was delicious and we were checked on the perfect amount of times. My daughter wanted to see a lobster up close and they were more than accommodating. After a long day of driving it was nice to feel great walking out of a restaurant, not only because of the food. Amazing. Great job guys!

Its just not what I remember. The drinks are much weaker, the food less tasty and the lobster is more chewy.

Not a place to go to if you’re in a hurry, or even expecting a moderately paced dinner experience. Be prepared to wait roughly 10 minutes for the front staff to put your name in, then another 15 for your«5 minute» wait, then another 20 for someone to take your order. The food is just, kind of boring, except for the lobster-themed dishes, which are quite expensive, as lobster often is.

I don’t know how anyone can give this restaurant less than five stars. I am normally a skeptic of the more traditional family chain restaurants, but the staff here redeemed them for me. Our server Kacey was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, genuinely friendly. She never made us wait for help, offered extra sauces, happily kept our muffin basket full(and sent some home with us!), and made every effort to give us a great experience. We were also greeted by two of the managers and three other staff members! These people are genuinely nice and really made our day. The food was good too :) I loved the seafood combination with the different pasta and shrimp. We also had coconut shrimp which was delicious, and those cheddar biscuits are addicting. Everything about this place was spot on, I have so much respect for this establishment. As a millenial, I normally wouldn’t think to come to Red Lobster, but now I can’t wait to come back! Thank you all for such great service!!!

There was a 2 ½ hour wait. Too long for my taste but I’ll give them a break since it was Mother’s Day. We got free appetizers to make up for it so that was cool. Food was pretty good. And they had good customer service…

Very expensive, I love the environment but the food on the menu is so much. It’s just pages and pages of completely irrelevant items and just so many things on the menu it’s overwhelming. I ordered the seafood appetizer with crusted potato balls and it was just mediocre. The fish and chips are mediocre and the service was mediocre. The food was believe average but the environment is above average.

Love, love, love Red Lobster. Everyone always so friendly and the food out of this world. My family and I go at least 4 times a year. The cheddar biscuits are the best and my lobster is always done right. Those that order steak are never disappointed and the teens and babies also find something to eat and have a great time. A great family place for all ages. Debby Brown

Food and décor is just like any other restaurant chain. Service is spotty with a few people, but our servers were absolutely wonderful! The food: Cheddar Biscuits: 5/5, the biscuits are light and fluffy and buttery! They go great with a soup or salad. Caesar Salad: 5/5, A salad comes with most entrees, but I always choose their Caesar. It’s simple and tasty and light! Shrimp Linguini Alfredo: 4/5, a little dense for my liking(but completely understandable since it is alfredo!) That being said, the sauce is tasty and the pasta was cooked well. Brownie & Ice Cream Dessert: 5/5, I was really expecting a dry brownie, but heck no! The brownie was sooooo good. It was soft and chewy and the kind that just melts in your mouth. Service: The two ladies at the front were very dismissive and slow! They took forever just to seat us(we were the only ones there!). And when they finally found a table for us, they were just standing there checking their Facebook page on their cell phones, and yes I did see you on your phone. When they seated us at a table, we asked for a booth, and they said no very dismissively. However, our servers were phenomenal! Paul and Amaar(spelling?) were great! They were attentive, funny, and very helpful. I would come back just for them!

Came in during lunch hour and it was pretty empty so we got seated right away. The service was spot on and everyone was very welcoming. It was the bae’s first time coming here(its not a big deal) but still he liked it very much. Food We ordered the sampler as you can see on the picture and it was pretty filling for a light lunch for the both of us. We did not want to get so full because we were planning to have dinner within a couple of hours. The food is pretty standard compared to the other Red Lobsters I personally have been too. THEBISCUITS(complimentary) Seriously though why else come to Red Lobster if its not for these scrumptious, light, fluffy pieces of heaven smothered with butter and various secret ingredients that you can also find in Costco(Premade) to bake on your own. PS yeah you can buy these biscuits to make at home. Anyways getting off topic. Definitely would come especially because I can predict the wait line here would never be that long.

Far and away the word seafood I have ever had in my life. Ate there once in Los Angeles area and was disgusted, then tried it again in Pennsylvania thinking it really couldn’t be that bad, and it was. Lobster was really bad, shrimp was mushy, And service was poor. If you want decency food you got to pay for it, it ain’t cheap and this place is ripoff at any Price

Good seafood place, especially the lobster or shrimp when they have it on specials. We had two lobster plates tonight. The ultimate lobster had two types of lobster tails, a shrimp and lobster linguini, a choice of salads, and one side dish, and their famous cheese rolls. The lobster was cooked perfectly, the salad was chilled nicely, and the cheese biscuits were hot and flaky. The baked potato had sour cream but they forgot the chives, and the linguini was sticky and very little lobster but plenty of tiny shrimp. The wood grilled lobster, shrimp, and salmon wasn’t quite as good. The lobster tail was perfect, the shrimp skewers were a little over cooked, and the salmon was definitely over cooked… a little dry and had burnt edges. The hot brownie and ice cream dessert was very very good!

I tend to crave Red Lobster about once a year, depending on how many of their commercials I see. Sadly, the food never lives up to my advertisement-influenced expectations. I do love their famous cheddar bay biscuits, but the rest of their food just doesn’t do it for me. As for the service here, I would say it is hit or miss. On my most recent visit, Paul was a hit, and did a great job. He kept the biscuits and water flowing, and was friendly and professional. I do not see myself going back any time soon, but am sure I will succumb to their commercials again. To be clear, the food isn’t terrible, but also isn’t great. I hold seafood to a high standard, and Red Lobster happens to fall short for me, personally. They have been around forever, so I am likely the exception and not the rule. I cannot say I recommend them, but will not fault anyone for giving them a shot. I rate them 2.5 to 3 stars overall.

Pretty on point. Ate here when they were having their endless shrimp deal. The shrimp itself is the type of shrimp that you can buy from the frozen food aisle at the supermarket. The plate that the shrimp arrives on is also very small and in order for it to be truly endless you have to continually bother your waiter. Luckily for us, our waiter did not get annoyed of us and provided excellent service.

I don’t understand the low star reviews. Red Lobster is a chain. It’s a formula. If you want gourmet food, go elsewhere. We got exactly what we were looking for… Lobster, shrimp and crab legs done well and lots of it! Nicole was our server. She was attentive and friendly. Miss Binki was fabulous too! Service was fantastic and prompt. Exactly what the doctor ordered after the long drive from San Francisco.

I really try to be patient and understanding when it comes to complaining because i too work in the industry. I hate dealin with that at work and it doesnt happen often, but when it does it just becomes an inconvinience for both the patron and the manager. That being said, i’ll get to it. I decided to grab some lunch to go. I order parmesan crusted chicken broccoli pasta, grilled chicken and skewer and a spinich dip. I get home which is 40 min away and i find my chicken looking like it was poached i called to speak to the manager to please make sure her kitchen cooks the food how it is listed on the menu, i waited 10 min never came to the phone. I was honestly alot more irritted because i was never able to reach the manager. Mistakes happen i get that but someone calls my restaurant im going to make sure i answer that call immediately.

Red Lobster has a Four Course Feast $ 17.99 running right now. Really great deal with a ton of food, not to mention the free Cheddar Biscuits! Choice of soup: we ordered one of each Clam Chowder and Potato Bacon. Choice of salad: we both ordered Caesar and it was a giant bowl. Choice of entrée: I got the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta, my husband the Jumbo Coconut Shrimp and Grilled Shrimp. Choice of Desert: Triple chocolate brownie ala mode and caramel cheesecake. We had to take most of it To Go because we filled up on the Cheddar Biscuits and soup course! The only negative was the Shrimp and Scallop pasta had a watery/runny alfredo sauce. But literally everything else was delicious! Our server Wilner was really friendly and efficient so all in all, a great stop on the long Holiday trip home!
