Just had our trust completed by Ed a few weeks ago. What a smooth process. Just a quick meeting to discuss the options and information to go into the trust and a week later the trust is completed and ready for signatures. Ed is a super nice guy and you don’t have to deal with a stuffy attorney. Very down to earth.

I started a living trust some years before with a woman lawyer near the area. I was frustrated with her and at one point thought I should get up and leave because she was so rude and inconsiderate. She offered her professional services on the side to explain the legal terms and impacts if I wanted. This was though a company associated legal program. I thought all the lawyers were going to be the same. I had to go myself to the courthouse and file my own papers. I never finished everything I wanted.
With Ed Kent it was 180 degrees opposite. He explained every question I had and more. He filed all my legal papers. I finally did all that I had wanted to do and understand the process. If I ever have to go back for changes to my living trust, I’m going back to Ed. Did not meet his partner. I will be nice and not mention the first lawyers name but if you see silver hair, RUN.
