Thank you for notifying your Pt that you moved! My sons file was tossed into storage and lost! How do you lose a file when my son was in to see you less than 6mon ago? And now I have to pay out of pocket to get my sons eyes recheck because you and your staff didn’t make sure files were transferred correctly! Very unhappy with the Dr And his staff!!! Oh and his new office staff don’t seem to care or have it together. Thanks Doc
