Non existent customer service and actually added extended service agreement for jewelry without asking. When asked to remove the charge, the older woman, not sure if she is the manager, actually said «the charge is removed, is that good enough for you?» It was as if the older woman was training them how to ignore certain customers. This happened last Christmas too and I should have known better (the added charge too). I will never shop there again. Rude beyond reason.
