Dirty, smelly, sticky, and poor quality hookahs! Used to be okay but now just torn up and run down. It took forever to get our three hookahs and we were told to leave just a short while after before closing. Wish we didn’t waste our money on such horrible service. We will never be back– and will tell everyone how disgusting that place is.
One of our hookahs was ducted taped together and the hose kept falling out! Had to take a long shower after being in that building. Don’t spend your money there– what a rip off.

We have been coming here for 2 years now. The last 2 years have been great, but tonight was the worst experience we have ever had. We took our time talking to our friends we haven’t seen in a while while smoking our hookah which I guess resulted in us over staying our welcome. Because we did not get a refill on our hookah they told us it was burnt and they took our hookah away while we were still smoking it. Hose in hand and all. Before all this even happened they were completely rude to us. Telling us to not touch the hookah or it would be $ 200 if we broke it, which is understandable but they didn’t have to say it in the rude tone they did. Every other time we came here they gave us our own tongs so we can change our own coals. I have never felt more disrespected than I did tonight coming to this hookah lounge. And not only all this… but I paid a cover just to go downstairs to smoke hookah. It used to be worth the 40 minute drive and cover just to come here, but not anymore. We would also refer this place because we thought it was the best hookah lounge around, but clearly their customer service needs to improve so instead we will be telling people not to bother. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Tried to go there tonight despite their hours showing they will be open until midnight and they are closed… Update your hours of operation…

I love this place a very relaxing place to hang out 2^nd night in a row new favorite spot service is ok just ask if you can get a pair of tongs. since it gets a little bit crowded the girls are busy making sure everything runs smoothly so the don’t come by as often but overall great place.

OK let me set the mood…
I show up at 9:29 on a Friday night. Bouncer won’t let my party in. I call the manager and let him know we can’t get in to the hookah lounge because the guy is charging us 10 bucks a person! They guy comes up to us and says sorry there is nothing we can do ten bucks a person it is… we left, smoked from our friends vape. Called it a night. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ better night than spending it at this weird dance club, hookah lounge hybrid crap shoot of a bar… go next door…

Love this place so much. Great staff. I love The whole experience. Its relaxing and fun. Sit back smoke a little sheesha, drink some of their yummy tea and enjoy the view of the park.

Ryan is the shit. This guy’s service is top of the line quality. Please go to the cloud factory for some fine dining hookah lounge experience, and ask for ryan, he’s the shit.

Had a fantastic time with here and were taken care of by Melissa and Ryan (they were so awesome!!!). This place is by far the place to go in NorCal, and we will def be coming back here every time we are visiting. Great shisha, comprehensive list of brands and flavors, relaxing ambiance, knowledgable and attentive service, all make for a solid smoking experience.

Being in Germany for 2+ years really showed me hookah should be smoked. The way they present it is really slacking. No prongs to move the coal around and only one piece. Not to mention that they’re very overpriced. The cigar shop down the street serves hookah at much better prices.

I’ve been to some good hookah places and this is definitely not one of them. Yes the ambiance is nice and it’s modern looking but $ 35 for a maximum of two people on one hookah is outrageous! So for the arithmetic challenged, for four people it’s $ 70. Crazy right.
The staff were just some young girls who didn’t know what they were doing. No one was blowing out the bowl or keeping the coals fresh. Hey it’s great that you look great in booty shorts but how about some more coals. And no I don’t want to be in your Instagram photo. Are you going to discount the price for using my face in your advertisement? No, didn’t think so.
If you’re some high roller, then by all means. But if you have more common sense then money, then don’t come here.

Love coming here during the weekday. Very chill place to just chill and hangout with friends. Great atmosphere! Service is good and fast. Lots of variety of flavors.

Ridiculously overpriced hookah bar. Like ridiculously! $ 25 per hookah and a $ 10 sitting fee which clearly wasn’t mentioned. Its $ 8 down the street at piano fuerto and no extra fee to «sit» NOT a recommended place !!

Hecka love the atmosphere! Only hookah bar in my area but I can definitely see voming back. Prices aren’t bad and the people working here are super friendly and take good care of you. Good flavors too

This was the worst hookah spot I’ve been to.
I got checked for ID’s 3xs and kept bugging us, the hookah was not too good as well, ive had a lot better. After, we all felt so sick.
They were charging Some people $ 5 entrance, some $ 10 and others nothing. It seemed so sketch.
Then, they kicked out, at 10pm, all those who were under 21. Which was fine for us because we were all 21 but the table next to us were filled with younger people who had only been there for 20−30min. They already bought hookah and everything then were going to get kicked out. I believe this was unfair for them, they should have been told ahead of time before they bought anything. I could clearly see on their faces they were pissed and saying «what the fuck.»
Some of the guys who worked there were cool, but overall my experience there was pretty bad.

This was my 1^st time here and to ever hookah. We came on a Sunday night and the atmosphere was much different than a Friday or Saturday from what I was told. If you are looking for more of a party social scene, then Fri. and Sat is the days to go. BUT, if you just want to sit back, relax and be highly taken care of, then go on Sunday night. Then staff was so super nice, attentive and friendly. Since it was my 1^st time, they took time to talk to me and help me understand everything. They have started serving dinner so I am looking forward to going back to try that. They are also planning to upgrade the outdoor experience with awnings and heat lamps so that will be very nice. Great evening!

So, one fine evening in August (my birthday), my husband took me to Fuso Italian restuarant and when we were leaving, I happened to notice a large group of people standing outside the Blondie’s bar and when walking even more, I saw folks sitting on the lighted terrace area. come to find out, there’s a hookah lounge downstairs!
My friends and I have average expectations for places in Vacaville and Davis (in comparison to SF) but I really wanted to check out this «Cloud Factory». A group of 4 went one night and to my complete surprise, this place is so awesome! Their customer service, hands down, is the first thing I’ll compliment. The guys that set-​up the hookah and wait on you are outstanding and have the most friendliest personalities. The hookah is great – good quality and at the right price.
What’s really five-​star about this hookah lounge is the various seating areas. You can either sit outside and enjoy the creekwalk environment and the lights, including music or you can chill inside on one of their comfy looking sofas. Another totally cool thing about this lounge is they offer «ice tips» for your hookah pipes. It costs like $ 6 extra but it’s so worth it. For newbies, hookah can tend to burn your throat when you inhale but with the ice tip, each inhale is extra smooth. Even for people who’ve been smoking a while will appreciate the benefits of using an ice tip.
My friends and I already made plans to go back next weekend so this place is definitely getting my time and money.
