Drinks were fine but service was absolutly horrible. Brendan(hope im saying his name correctly) made our drinks and was awesome but the lady taking the orders was completly rude and had horrible cutomer service skills. I can understand when your job is stress full but we were the only people in the store when we placed an order for four drinks. Never been a fan of Petes, and this doesn’t help. I really feel Bad for Brendan and I hope he gets promoted so he had a chance to flee his horrible coworkers. If I owned a coffee place, I would have offered him a job just to help save him from her.

Still coming here almost everyday the new drink is matcha green tea latte… It’s amazing and Peets matcha is that real matcha. No sugar added like other places! Also the people here are amazing and always have a smile on their faces! 5 star spot!

I have been here several times over the years with mixed results. I have never been a fan of burnt flavor coffee so this was the #1 hit they took. The service is always mixed. Tea selection is marginal. Whenever they have a good tea is never there for long. Parking like all shopping in the area is tight. It’s not a bad place it’s just not my cup of tea/coffee.

I always come here on the weekends and customer service is wonderful. Today is a perfect day cuz it’s not raining and it’s nice to sip your iced coffee outside. The only thing annoying is when people think it’s ok to smoke outside. This isn’t Vegas and I can’t stand other people’s second hand smoke so I went back inside. Other than that I’m a big fan of peetes coffee.

You ever have that one coupon or gift card tucked in the deep recesses of your wallet or purse, buried under your AAA Card, defunct Blockbuster Card, and some faded, barely readable receipt… ‘That you only rediscover after the expiration date? I just happened to find this particular, FREE small Peet’s coffee just in the nick of time.($ 3.50) However, it was buried in my wallet so long that half of the coupon looked like as it had termite damage. It’s always a treat when I can stop in @ a Peet’s coffee shop. I’m usually dropping by a Starbucks just because they’re about as prolific as Walmart or McDonalds… They’re everywhere. Unlike the«S-word,» Peet’s hasn’t whored itself out to the extent the above fore mentioned has… ‘And it’s very much appreciated. Due to the simple fact that you can’t find Peet’s on every other block in town, that alone separates it from the pack that the general population flocks to. I find the Peet’s crowd to be a little more mature, that’s just fancy talk for«old.» In addition, the overall clientele is different than the Starbucks crowd as well. I don’t usually find it packed with teenagers ordering coffee’esque like drinks.(i.e. — Overly sweet, blended shakes) Don’t get me wrong they’re tasty and a great way to Type 2 diabetes but sometimes you just want to enjoy a nice, quality, cup of coffee/mocha in a laid back, mid volume, shop and not listening to nasally, whinny, 14 yr old teeny boppers, «I know Todd likes you, yes he does, look?! OMG! OMG! He’s looking over here right now…»(Yeh, because that’s relaxing.) I’ll be the first to admit, I am no coffee connoisseur by any means. I’m usually getting a mocha, sometimes with a shot of Torani but rarely do I drink it black. I overheard a conversation a couple months back where one of the parties asked, «How do you know what the coffee really tastes like if your always adding that Italian Crème to it? If you truly want to taste the coffee you need to drink it straight, no nothing, just black.»(After overhearing that, it kinda stayed with me.) I recently saw a documentary on Netflix, «Caffeinated,» great film. However, you may want to drink a cup of strong coffee while watching it because it is NOT the most attention grabbing story… ‘And I did mention, «Documentary?» If you want to learn something about coffee, its early beginnings, the coffee bean process, to the foil sealed bag @ Peet’s Coffee & Tea, it’s worth checking out. The documentary just reaffirmed what I heard two months prior… Translation: I need to start trying my coffees black & unadulterated with sweet creamers and flavored syrups… ‘And that’s what I decided to do. I handed my coupon to the young lady who then asked me what I’d like. I replied, «What do you suggest?» She preferred the Café Domingo, medium roast, not overly bearing like a dark roast but still has enough of a kick… ‘Sounded good!(‘And it was.) I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the Peet’s I’ve visited. The team members have always been friendly, helpful, & professional. The shop’s not very big, it can seat a number of people but not a lot. Patio seating is also available. I sat there, took my first sip & tried to search out the flavors, from the subtle to the bold.(I don’t think I did too well.) I blame all the peppers, garlic, and spicy food that I love. The Café Domingo had some bite, made my ears tingle. Drinking coffee black is much like drinking hard liquor versus beer or wine. It’s stronger, stiffer, which requires sipping and NOT merely pouring it down your pie hole by the barrel. So, I sipped, sipped, and sipped until I was staring at the bottom of the paper cup. $ 3.50 for a small cup of coffee can’t compete w/McD’s prices but then again, it’s NOT the same quality either. Overall, it wasn’t as bad as I imagined. Now, it may have been a different story if I had tried the dark roast. I’m thinking that my next bout with a simple, straight cup o’ joe, black, I may opt for the light blend just merely out of curiosity. I wonder if I could order a «Coffee Flight,» with one espresso size cup of light, medium, and dark, side-by-side to taste & compare. Before moving from Laguna Niguel back to the SF Bay Area, I would regularly visit the Portola Coffee Lab, a small but amazing coffee spot located in Costa Mesa. NOW, this a a genuine coffeehouse in its truest form. The brewing methods used here are the V60, Trifecta, Siphon, and the Kyoto cold drip.(Portola had exclusive tastings, as well as workshops. Serious coffee.) I sure do miss the Kyoto. Portola Coffee Lab — I just may start stopping by Peet’s more often because I really dug this last visit. The clientele was cool, no one trying to size anyone up, no ego driven bulls*t, just a bunch of people enjoying good coffee, each other, simply just enjoying life. I could get used to this… ‘A lot. — Big Aloha! Food(Coffee): 4 Ambiance: 3+ Service: 4 Value: 4

Visited this Peets location today to splurge on an eggnog latte; was told they were out of eggnog and were also out of peppermint syrup, in case my second choice was going to be a peppermint mocha… Seriously?!? What coffee shop doesn’t have eggnog OR peppermint syrup on-hand during holiday time??? I’m sure some could blame it on a busy Black Friday weekend, but I blame it on poor management who didn’t plan properly…

I worked at this store after it first opened and not to be biased, but it rocked back then! All of our baristas were great. It’s definitely gone down hill since then and I would give it two stars if it wasn’t for Baige(sorry if I got the spelling wrong!). That girl can make a good latte! I usually get an almond milk latte and she can make the almond milk super creamy and the espresso never tastes over pulled or burned. I will keep going to Peet’s cause it’s such a central location and it’s always going to be better than Starbucks, but my only wish is that they would focus on more extensive barista training Now that Vacaville has more coffee competition(The new Temple in Davis, Journey Coffee and soon to be Dutch Bros in Vacaville), Peet’s better step up their game.

I am a coffee fan and honestly can’t drink the local other guys coffee. Peets has a tasty summer time cold brew that I drink almost every day. Great friendly staff and always clean and well lit. I only wish there was a drive through.

I’m glad this Peet’s in the Nut Tree is an easy walk from the carousel. I can sip on my coffee while I watch my kid play which is nice. I’m only giving three stars because I always have to wait a pretty long while no matter how short or long the line is. It’s pretty disappointing since the folks who work here are pretty friendly unlike many other stuck up-I’m cooler than you-hipster Peet’s employees I’ve encountered.

Excellent customer service every time I go to this location. I love their iced caramel macchiato… It’s just the right amount of pick me up I need in the morning. I love that i’m always welcomed when I walk in and im always served very quickly. I’ve been when they are busy and when they are slow, and each time I receive my drink quickly and always with a smile. Thank you Peete’s!

I was very surprised when I first had Peets, I’ve been a hardcore Starbucks drinker for years now and when a freind suggested Peets I whent along begrudgingly. My first sip changed all that, smooth and flavorful. Unlike many Starbucks drinks it achally tasted like coffee and not sugar, they even asked what type of milk I wanted when ordering! Bounce points because I usally forget to ask the wait was alittle long but I did go during coffee rush hour so it’s hard to blame them. If you want coffee that tastes like coffee go to Peets, if you want a blened extra carmel sugar feast go to Starbucks.

This is one of the best neighborhood Peet’s Coffee and Tea you can find along Interstate 80, if you’re shopping at the Premium Outlets or hanging out shopping at the old Nut Tree then make sure you stop here. It’s the only one in the area. It’s clean and large enough for indoor seating and an outdoor patio. The staff is friendly and is willing to make any drink made to order. They have plenty of Peet’s products like whole coffee beans and mugs. I always make sure I stop here when I’m visiting Vacaville.
