I used to work for Jamba Juice back in my day… This place was well stocked, clean, and had friendly service. I stopped in early on a Sunday morning, experienced a little wait time as the team member realized they added honey to my item when I asked without. They quickly remade the entire product for me right away. The team member(manager) who took my order was very thorough and patient as I kept changing my mind while ordering.

Came at the end of the night. Seemed like everyone wanted to get out ASAP. We parked a ways down the outlets and didn’t see the drinks or taste the drinks until we got our kids back into the van(a 5 minute walk). The kids drinks were at best 75% full and my wife’s drink was very watery. We’ve come here multiple times and it’s a hit or miss if the drinks are watery and full of not.

The ladies here were very sweet and quick to get our drink out with a smile. Not sure why there are only a 3.

A girl in her Jamba Juice uniform cussed me out while driving in the nut tree parking lot. Flips me off and then goes into work. Short with curly brown hair. I refuse to go in there if she is working. Don’t think you should be flipping people off and cussing someone out while representing the company. So unprofessional

They are suppose to close at 9. Yet they were closed by 815. As we pull up they turn off the lights and had everything already cleaned up. Then as we are leaving two of the girls come out, lock the door, walk away and start laughing. How about staying and doing your job? What a joke.

None of the people here wear name tags so I don’t know who she is but a girl who is short & has long dark hair who works here is very rude to her employees & the customers. Wouldn’t come here again when she’s working. Other location is much nicer to the customers & other employees. She was very rude the way she talked to & looked at people. I wouldn’t wanna work with her.

I absolutely love this location. The staff is SUPER friendly, helpful, and fast. Never waited over 7 minutes for my order even when they’re slammed.

This location isn’t as friendly as the one on Harbison, near Coldstone/Wingstop/Chili’s. That other location is also much larger and cleaner. I feel like whenever I come to this location I don’t get everything I paid for. I ordered a large juice and added 3 extra scoops of frozen fruit. Normally, because I paid an extra 2 dollars, when they blend this up there’s extra smoothie left that they should give me because I PAIDFORIT… but nope, they throw it away! It’s one thing if I ordered off the menu and they made too much, so they throw it away, but it’s another thing if I paid for extra! I was so annoyed. I’ve worked at Jamba Juice before and whenever our customers added extra fruit or juice to their drink we’d give them the extra because it’s common sense that we’d have extra leftover smoothie.

I’m a huge fan of Jamba Juice but unfortunately this particular location does not uphold appropriate customer service standards. I was visiting with my boyfriend and decided to treat him for a change. As I went to pay for him, the cashier shot him an extremely dirty look and was very short and rude conversing with me. They continued to only fill up our drinks about ¾ of the way and then angrily shoved them towards us. The drinks were not completely blended and there was huge chunks left in our drinks. I’m thoroughly disappointed with this location and I hope that my next experience with Jamba Juice will be volumes better than this one. Needless to say, don’t waste your time at this location.

I be tried calling these guys for about 5 minutes now, and no answer. I ordered a peanut butter moo’d, but it tasted off from all the ones that I’ve had before. Not a huge fan.

Have been to this location multiple times and always some sort of issue from getting the drink wrong, being slow, or not having something. Well I have learned my lesson this time as they would not accept $ 100 bill. Well, wouldn’t have been an issue if I had anything smaller to pay. I mean you are a huge chain. It’s 2014 Jamba Juice. Get it together. Only positive is that I’m sure there is another one close to here.

Go to the other Jamba, on Harbison near Wingstop. People here are nice and all but the store is smaller; therefore the line spills out the door and is so cramped when everyone is trying wait for their order and in the line. Plus, my juice wasn’t even full to the top. After tapping the top to smooth out my drink, there was still an inch gap from the lid. Unacceptable!

I had to get my Jamba fix while on the drive from Sacramento heading west. Luckily they now have the pumpkin smash again.

I love Jamba Juice, so you might be wondering: «Why the 1-star review?» Because Jamba as a chain has an awfully bad habit of running out of oatmeal. I’m not talking about occasionally at 4 in the afternoon. I mean consistently at 10 or 11 in the morning. Why advertise oatmeal if you rarely have enough cooked to sell? I’ve picked this location to lay this criticism on because they are the absolute biggest offender. I came through here on my way to the bay area at 9:30 am expecting to get some oatmeal and they said they had already run out for the day. Already? Most people’s days had barely started. This is a complaint I’ll be sure to pass on to the corporate office. That is, if they are listening.

Simply thee best Mango-a-go-go made in Solano county. BUT, it’s a hit or miss now… Kalani makes the best drinks in my opinion and he is really nice and attentive to the regular customers as well as, those who walk-in. Thus why I usually request him to make my drinks only. Although I’m at the point where when he see’s me he makes it in advance while in line :) Despite living in a hot, dry climate, and the location being a little touristy — this Jamba Juice has so far kept it’s blenders spinning fast and leaving the wait time to a minimal(being, 10 mins or so.) It’s a smoothie place, it’s nothing to take so personally if your dissatisfied. Especially if the staff is primarily young adults/teens, that do what they are told — Make a smoothie according to the guide and say«hi» to every person who walks in. Altering the ingredients is kinda a setup for failure… be for-warned!(My husband does it all the time & complains every time they mess up. He too was once a JJ lead back in his day so, he feels he is the aficionado of altered smoothies. Lol.)

A store filled with incompetent teenagers more interested in talking to each other about teddy bears(yes, teddy bears), than to properly clean the floor, acknowledge me, or make my drink in a timely manner. If it wasn’t for the drink being made well, I would have asked for a refund. I won’t return.

The 16 oz berry topper I got from here wasn’t even filled close to the top, like how I usually get it. Refer to this picture, is 16 oz really that low? At least the staff seemed friendly.
