Staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I bring in my water bottle and they test for much more than I can at home with just the strip or drop kits. They are very prescriptive with the chemicals I need, to include how much, how long to stay out of the pool once I apply, and much more. Joe is my go-to guy; after a couple of months he convinced me to take off the training wheels, fire the guy I was paying $ 70 a month for pool maintenance, and simply bring in my water bottle so he could test it. That was over 2 years ago, and I haven’t been happier. My pool is very healthy, which is important to me as my grandkids come over on the weekends. Along the way, I have gotten wonderful tips on how to drain my pool, resurface it using their materials(did it a year ago and I now have the most beautiful Tahoe-blue pool!), and much more. Ask for Joe!

HORRIBLE customer service .My husband bought a pole for our net. Within 3 weeks this pole had broken. Because of the size of the pole we couldn’t return it right away so we dropped it off at the store and they told us the manager would look at it and call us back. 4 days went by before anyone contacted us. All they would offer us was 15% off our next purchase. We had just spent 160.00 a few days prior so the 15% did us no good. I called corporate after a day they called us back and said that we had to bring it back within 14 days. I explained to them that we could not return the pole because of its size right away but the pole had broken well before we brought it in. The customer service rep. was standoff-ish and had a bad attitude. SHe spoke to the district manager George Ortiz, he offered us 15% off a new pole which would have been $ 6, we paid 29.99 for the old pole! Plus we had just purchased a $ 50 pole to replace the old one. So that didn’t help us out at all! I just looked at their website and they guarantee customer satisfaction if you call the customer service line. This is NOTTRUE! I wasted 30.00 on a pole that lasted 3 weeks! Stay away!!! They do not stand behind what they sell! This pole was garbage!!!

Stay away from their install dept and stick to buying over the counter! And by the way, you can always find pool sweeps, parts, etc. on line at cheaper prices with no tax and usually free shipping.

Horrible service. We paid for the part they told us to buy in order for they to fix our pool skimmer. We left our skimmer there and after 3 days we returned to the store and the skimmer was not fix. The store employee told us if was going to be ready in less than a day. They took 3 days and still was not fixed. I will not come back there.

If you have a pool and need stuff or just need the water balanced, this is the place. Great customer service, the water testing is free and they walk you through the whole process of how to add. They remember you and are always willing to help. I spoke with the manager Leroy Pau and he knows pools. If you have one and maintain it yourself, get your supplies here!

I had Leslie’s Pools send a repairman to replace my pump. The guy who showed up was very nervous and could not get his story straight about what was needed or how much it should cost. I will not use Leslie’s for service again.
