Stopped by for lunch around 2:00 — the hostess sat us at a booth and before I sat down I saw«stuff» on the bench — went back to the hostess and mentioned the issue — she put as on the other side of the restaurant — went to sit down and there was all kinds of food drop pigs under the table — went back and told the hostess and she said«I don’t clean» — well she wasn’t Dong anything so she needs to do something — ether way, asked for the manager and was told he is in a meeting — asked for his name and number and was told by the same hostess to go outside and look on the door — REALLY??? Hope the corporate gets to see this review! Would they care? Doubt it based on overall ratings of this particular location — incidentally you can tell which are real and which are fake!

My small group was seated rather quickly, but our table was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. We decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Started a little rough when they didn’t have our table ready and told us the wait would be about 45 minutes after calling in ahead but the Manager Pat stepped up and got us seated ASAP! He even gave us(party of 15) free chips and salsa. Our waitress Erin was very patient with our multiple tabs, I was confused for her. But she was a true Rock Star and got all our orders right. Big time kudos!!! Now that’s what you call excellent customer service. Let’s talk food. Appetizers of Texas Cheese Fries and Fried Pickles were the perfect tummy teaser. I can only speak for my dinner, I had a sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Steak was cooked just right, thank goodness. I’m one satisfied customer. Oh and btw, the rest of my party enjoyed their tasty dinner as well.

Great place to go Jaime is awesome bartender. The reason why I put a bad review is the bar top is sticky and feels so nasty. They really really need to replace it. I’m up here for work for 3 – 4 months. I’ve always had a friendly service but one thing that I hated and so do ALLTHEREGULARS that I have met here. Is they need a different bar top. Prexy glass somethings but not good when everything even your phone sticks to it not for cleanliness but it’s the way it is.

Extremely disappointed with my dinning experience. Two other tables that were sat after us received there drinks and appetizer before we received our drinks. Almost 40 minutes after placing the food order, 2 of the 3 orders came to the table, one of which was missing a side and the other was served at room temperature. 10 minutes later they finally follow up but there is still no side and the third meal is «let me check on that». The side comes out another 10 minutes later but still the 3rd meal is «on its way». Finally, another 15 minutes later 3rd meal touches our table. Mind you the the third meal is an appetizer. Not once was an employee or manager proactive about the situation. Congratulations on being the worst dinning experience I’ve ever had.

This chilis SUCKS! Let’s see, food was served COLD. Had to remind waitress to get our drinks that we ordered. The chips severed were all CRUSHED. I feel like I have to ask for everything from hot food to cold beer to unbroken chips. Not going to this one again. The water smelled like Chlorine too! Free chlorine guys!

Just what we wanted! Food yummy, and Tami’s service was great! The manager even came over to thank us for coming in. We’ll be back for sure.

Service here sucks! Servers have no clue who is who. We waited(and shouldn’t have) 20 mins for a server to even acknowledge our table. We noticed the table to our left had been waiting a while and the table behind us had a complaint how her food wasn’t cooked properly. We, a family of 5, just got up and left. Im sure they didn’t even noticed! So if you don’t give a damn about long waits, being ignored and under cooked food this is your place!!! Good luck

Service here is terrible. I really dislike how slow they are. Ever since those dang iPad order things. Also their cups smell like clorox. Be sure to use a straw. Just finished eating there with my family and my stomach is upset. I have a damn near iron clad stomach. I had the steak fajitas along with the guacamole and chips. Not sure what it cold be. Also my wife ordered her stake to be medium well, and they gave to her medium rare. Sent it back and it gets back still too pink. 2 tries. Terrible. I think they are part of the same company of Applebee’s. If you can avoid it, I recommend you don’t eat here.

I don’t normally eat at Chili’s and now for sure I wont be eating there again. First off, it was not busy when we went in, we had to wait for ten minutes to be seated by a waitress that was just standing by the bar wall twiddling her thumbs. The bartender had to tell this blonde waitress to sit us at a table because she couldn’t clearly think of doing it herself. Second, the food was awful. I ordered the avocado steak, yeah, don’t do it! And please save yourself from the mash potatoes! Its a good thing I paid with a gift card and not had to pay with my own cash. There was still money left on the gift card and I just left it behind. I would not pass it on to anyone. Not worth it. I gave a one star for the Dr Pepper and the Strawberry Lemonade.

The service was good but the food sucked. I waited over 40 minutes for my food and when I got it my bbq ribs was close to being cold and it looked like they took a spoon to just rub the sauce on tope of them. My favorite dish the ancho salmon had no flavor what so ever.

People really seem to have mixed emotions about this place. Every time we go the food is always good and the service is friendly. Plus, we don’t spend much for a dinner for two with an appetizer. Speaking of which, the trio appetizer is yummy. We get the wings, southwestern rolls, and for the third choice we try something new. The only thing I dislike is that this location doesn’t give complementary chips and dip like the Sacramento locations.

3.5 stars. Late dinner in Vacaville on a Saturday night, party of 6. Both BJ’s and Red Robin had one-hour wait times, Little Madfish 20 – 25 minutes… but Chili’s was only 5 minutes when we called in! Props! Availed of the Dinner for 2 for $ 20 which included one shared appetizer and each person chooses a dinner entrée off the list of eligibles. We got the bottomless tostada chips and salsa, the Mango-chile chicken, and the 6 oz. sirloin. The rest of the group got the half order of Texan cheese fries, mango-chile shrimp(or was it fish?), and a few regular menu items. Service was slow but they were super busy on the other section of the restaurant, and that was ok since we had waters/drinks and the bottomless chips and salsa(constant refills on both) to tide us over while we waited. The steak was medium-rare as I liked, didn’t need any A1 Sauce. The mashed potatoes with bacon and cheese were yummy. The broccoli(steamed/blanched?) wasn’t totally cooked, so I had some crunchier pieces(not quite raw, but still) to get through. Mango Iced Tea was good but didn’t merit a refill. Women’s restroom could use some work/TLC, the larger stall had issues flushing. Can’t comment on parking since we parked across the street and walked over after giving up on BJ’s and Red Robin. Otherwise, they handled our big party pretty well, everyone got fed and hopefully wasn’t too much damage in dollars for the food. They do have TV screens which could be more interesting if a game was on, we only had the nightly local news while we were there… and that crazy lightning storm in the sky outside to watch!

Slow as frack! This place is sooo slow it’s a joke. Not busy at all. Still took 40mns. Just really slow. Food was okay but not worth the price.

There are so many open seats, yet they cram everyone like sardines into one space! This is a typical chain restaurant and to say the least food is mediocre at best. Wait staff looked like they were running ragged. The staff didn’t seem to listen to customer needs it was a walk by «how is everything«and not paying attention if the customer wanted an extra side or refill. Like most chain restaurants they have those electronic tablets, you can pay to play games, pay your tab, surf through the menu, etc. For a first time user paying(waitress knew) instead of explaining she just walks away! Yes I know it’s self explanatory, but for someone who doesn’t eat at these sort of places it’s not ordinary. I personally think it’s impersonal and much like an ATM but I don’t get money back! All in all mediocre. I’d rather find an authentic Mexican food restaurant/café/food truck what have you then go back to Chili’s.

This place sucks! Chili’s is typically one of my favorite restaurants but the service, the food, and the facilities are all nasty. We came here because our darling family bought us gift certificates. After we wore them out I think we made the mistake of coming back for the margaritas. It is not worth it, even if you have a menu favorite(find a comparable item at another restaurant). The hostess doesn’t greet you, seats are commonly empty and there’s typically a wait, the wait staff is so bitter about the automized ordering system that they think they can get away without having to do their job. Their tables are almost always dirty. The other patrons got treated like poo as well so they’re just as nasty. The entrance is inconveniently on an awkward side of the building. Parking sucks. The chips are greasy… I’m just whining now, but ultimately this place sucks!

So I got a Chili’s gift card as part of a workplace Christmas gift exchange. Corporate chain casual dining restaurants aren’t really my thing. Being Unilocal Elite, it’s not a stretch to say I’m a bit of a food snob(& a whole lot of a beer snob). But it’s a free meal, so what the heck? Walking in on a Monday afternoon, the place was pretty empty. Service was prompt, friendly & attentive. Looking over the menu, I decided to go for the $ 8 lunch special. It’s basically a soup or salad side with a main dish. I got a bowl of Chili & a Chicken Avocado Sandwich which comes with fries. Oh & beer(my aforementioned beer snobbiness), sure I wanted a beer too. All the taps are macro(Shock Top is Anheuser-Busch, or was that Blue Moon? Which is Coors) with just 1 Sam Adams &1 Sierra Nevada Pale. I got the Sierra Nevada Pale, which was overpriced(but, again, gift card, what the heck). My food was up quickly. Now, how to dissect what I ate depends on how foodie snobby I want to get & expectations. For $ 8 at a corporate chain casual dining restaurant, it was OK. The chili was decent. The chicken breast on the sandwich was dry. The sandwich & fries portion size was small. Overall, I’m going to say it was A-OK. Mostly because the service was really good. Food: 2.5 stars. Beer selection & prices: 2 stars. Service: 4 stars. That averages out to about 3 stars. Yeah, corporate chain casual dining restaurants aren’t really my thing. But I guess gift cards are.
