Worst service ever! We ordered a pizza for delivery and we waited over 2 hours and nothing. After calling the customer service line, they said that they could not reach a manager at this location, which is ridiculous. We were told that we would get a call back from a manager to discuss the issue and never received a call. All I can say is I would not recommend this place.

Over priced drinks and overall bad service. These people that work at this particular restaurant can’t seem to do anything right, including getting the orders correct. Never enough food during buffets. Lazy and inefficient management who always deflects blame towards the employees when things aren’t done correctly. This restaurant is always dirty as well. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!

Very good.
Lately we have been very disappointed in the different PH locations we’ve tried, but this hit the spot. Our pizza was cooked perfectly (not doughy at all) and the quepapas were A+!

This restaurant sucks. I rarely order from there. But every time I do they manage to screw something up. Rather it be with what I ordered or the time it takes to arrive. We placed an order at 8p.m. And by 9:30 it still haven’t Arrived. So I called back, got transferred three different times to three different people. No one could find where the order was. Till I said forget it cancel the whole thing. By then it was 9:45… NEVER AGAIN !!!

We took the kids for pizza and games as a reward. The pizza used to be good at Pizza Hut, but it has really gone downhill. Crust is tasteless, not enough sauce or cheese. Do not waste your money!
