I travel to Champaign Urbana frequently on business, this is the only hotel I will stay at. What it may lack in outward appearance it more than makes up for in cleanliness in providing a safe environment and a wonderful staff. The owners live on site — they’re a wonderful family and gracious hosts. In my opinion this is the safest hotel in the area. I’ve never had my car dinged in any way and I’ve never had any difficulty whatsoever unlike many places I stayed over by Neil street or in the more commercial areas. The location is central, it has a very large parking lot and the hosts are very very accommodating. I highly recommend nd enjoy staying at this hotel.

I made a reservation at this hotel at the beginning of January for the Illinois Marathon at the end of April. My reservation was accepted and confirmed.
I received a call today from the hotel manager letting me know that oops, they actually didn’t have any rooms available.
I made this reservation over two months ago and JUST got a call from them saying that they actually didn’t have any space. He was out of the country on vacation for two months, and in that time nobody else caught that error?
I am coming in from several hours away for this race, and now am in a terrible situation. Not a great feeling when you’re about to run your first marathon. Completely unacceptable.

I was price shopping and for $ 59 a night, it was over priced and out of class for that price.
it rates a 5 outta 10 star’s and price should be knocked down to $ 35 a nite.
the hindu clerk does not have command of the English language, nor could he
answer simple questions… a.k.a. locations of things.

If you like the accommodations of a hourly motel for the price of a regular one, this is your place! Cigarette burns, lamps missing light bulbs, and no Kleenex in your room are only the beginning! The walls are thinner than a college apartment, and the shower’s exterior was sprinkled with hair from previous guests.
