I moved into a neighborhood managed by WW about 3 years ago. I was promptly welcomed to the neighborhood with a lovely letter threatening to fine me because they felt I needed to power wash the house (btw the guy who power washed the house said it could have waited at least another year). I have also contacted the office 3 x by e-​mail and have never received a response of any kind, which I find completely unprofessional. 2 of the times has been about the poor/​slow timing of snow removal. Some of us actually have to get to work!!! This company is a worthless money pit.

This is the absolute worst management company used for HOAs. The entire staff is incompetent and unprofessional. Do not buy a home if the HOA is managed throught this place. You will be very disappointed! They steal money and do not apply it towards the upkeep of the community.
