2nd II None Management

Definitely not worth the headache.

I am an owner who worked with Kenya Hunter, owner of 2^nd II None Management. I have requested a 1099 for 2012 and 2013 and have never received one. Kenya tells me the tenant is not paying, but tenant is paying and Kenya is pocketing rent. I have never received a receipt or anything. I estimate that 2^nd II to None Property Management i.e. Kenya Hunter owes me over $ 6,000.00 in money collected from tenant and never paid to me. I would like to file a Class Action Suit. If anyone reads this please let me know if you are open to filing a suit through this site. I will read this site weekly.

I am an owner that worked with them to manage a property I own in Hyattsville, MD. Overall their communication was very poor. Took them a long time to reply to most emails, and often that was only after multiple reminder emails. They seemed like they were not well organized– they often didn’t know exactly what months the tenant had and had not paid rent for. And, when the tenant had to be evicted, they were slow and sloppy with the eviction process. Overall, highly unimpressed, got rid of them after 1 year, and would definitely not recommend them to anyone else. The only thing I’ll say in their defense is it was a difficult tenant who was always behind on rent, but they still handled it very poorly.

This business is not recommended. I have been trying to get my deposit back for over 70 days!!! They refuse to return calls or respond to emails. I would recommend that based on my experience you contact the better business bureau and attorney generals office before you rent from them or let them manage your property… Don’t take THEIR word that they are dedicated to service… 1500.00 later, I wish I had.
