I went to Trina first time there! She was horrible! She left me in the pedicure seat and keep leaving. The water was way too hot. I asked for my toes to be filed and not cut. She cut them anyway! I asked for designs and she did not know what to do I had to make her take it off! Then it got worse, she cut my cuticle and tried to say I had a hang nail, blood everywhere! I asked for a different color on my ring finger and she put the same color then tried to put the glitter over top of it! When I went to pay and told the manager she began to argue with the manager that I had a hang nail! The manager told her it’s not possible to be a hang nail at the top of my cuticle!

Horrible! I was going every two weeks and they completely ruined my nails in three(3) months. I was paying almost $ 100(including tip) for a Spa gel(French) manicure and a regular polish Spa pedicure. And to make matters worse, the last time I went, I had to go back every other day because all of my finger nails started breaking. They used glue etc. I am now not sure they know what they are doing. WHAT A MESS!

I really wanted to love this place. I gave it so many chances. It’s close to my home, my nails generally look nice, chic décor & it’s clean. However, their customer service & professionalism is horrible. On one occasion, while getting a pedicure, the male technician doing my nails got into a heated argument with one of the female technicians. I certainly knew they were angry by their yelling and bad energy. Their lack of professionalism turned a relaxing treat into a stressful event. This was one of many frustrating visits to this salon. Recently, I went back for a fix of hideous design and waited almost an hour for a tech to fix something that took 5 minutes. I’ve had enough and unfortunately I’ll be heading back to my old favorite salon in Annapolis for my regular mani/pedi’s.

Ok so I’ve been meaning to try this place because it’s the closest to where I live. I go in and the young African American girl at the desk told me it would be an hour wait. I thought to myself«YIKES«but I needed a pedicure bad so I decided to wait. Long story short an hour goes by and I asked the girl how much longer and she replies«oh, it’s going to be a lot longer«WHAT!!! You had me wait an hour for nothing AND I had to ask YOU about the wait when she should be updating ME. She even looked as though she forgot I was waiting to be seen. I’ve never been so upset in a salon in my life! I just walked out and let me tell you I will never go back again. I’m currently searching for a good service providing nail salon.

Me and my mom came here to get our eyebrows done and there was no wait but once we got back there she rushed to her eyebrows and her eyebrows were left very thin

Not sure if the poor level of service is an issue with management or hiring nail technician’s who just don’t care. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Both began to chip day 2. I got them dine to go out of town so imagine my disgust at being hundreds of miles away before I could address the issue. Upon returning they only agreed to fix my mani and the second job was no better. Color me disappointed as this is the nearest salo to my new home.

First time here and this place is nice. Great Customer service. Very polite staff. I was not expecting complementary adult beverages. Wow! Nice touch. This place is huge so don’t let the front fool you because it goes all the way back with the service. It’s not pricey with the quality of service and the products you are getting used on you. I got the Mani Gel $ 35/Pedi for full color $ 40. Nails didn’t come out the best looking which is why I gave them three stars. However it will do for the next two weeks.

I’ve been here twice now only because it’s close… I usually drive out to Waldorf which is a shame since I live in Upper Marlboro smh … But I’ll continue to because of places like this. To sum it up the first time I went the guy did a horrible job on my mani/pedi that I left feeling bad for him lol … Thinking poor guy he needs training. Today I went in for a overlay … Apparently everyone had the same idea to go to the nail salon on Martin Luther King Day but still this place was slowwwww and not prepared for it … I had an old guy give me my overlay after waiting over a hour to get serviced. He was so slowwwww and kept trying to tell me what I should get instead of just giving me what I asked for… NEVERAGAIN!!! And I mean that … I’ll travel to get what I want. Not gonna waste my money. The owner however is a sweet heart …

I’ve been here 3 times and keep getting the same person so maybe that’s the problem. I’ve only been to Hal or Hao. Each time for whatever reason my fingers are left either hurting or burning. The nails are not smooth, they are thick & lumpy, my cuticles aren’t pushed back, and I get no hand massage. This time I needed a nail repolished because it had a dent and he threw a quick coat over it but if you look closer you can still see it. Pros: He’s nice Near home Not too busy

Very pretty salon, bad service first time. Less than one week nail polish(gel) started to peel and fill started to lift. Went back and owner only wanted to fix one nail but I had 3 or more with failures and I had receipt… and you tried to make it seem like I was dumb because you wanted to still charge me… cause I wanted you to redo all… cause if 3 – 4 nails were failing after less than one week it’s a given that more would start to be jacked up So, after almost catching a case for giving out a verbal evening a$$ whipping, my stuff was fixed and I went on my way. But if someone brings you a receipt with a date and nails are falling off after less than one week, you should fix all no questions asked… But the fact that you wanted to try to intimidate me shows your lack of respect for the community and customers you serve. I want to note that the a-hole in me did not come out until he told me I had to pay to correct all nails… If the owner don’t know he better ask somebody…

Look here you jive turkey sucker! This place right here, this here place! Man this place is awesome! I’m not one for going to nail spas, but I wouldn’t mind at all sitting in that place for hours. This place is actually very nice and pretty awesome. From the smell, and the look, and just the feel of the place. I really liked it. The workers were so nice and careful. They were very attentive and treated my woman and other customers with much respect and patience. I’ve never considered going to a nail spa and getting my nails done before, but shuuuuuu! I may just go and get my fingers nails and toe nails done in that place, and that place only. Anyway, if you’re ever in the Upper Marlboro area, stop by this place and get your toes did, ha ha! i guarantee that you’ll love it and your man, men will love it, ha ha!

Now it is very rare that I try a new nail salon, not unless I have to, but I was feeling adventurous yesterday and BADLY needed my eyebrows done, so I picked Reju to be my random salon of the day. Just from walking in, I was instantly relaxed; Reju is so mellow, clean, and calming. They had soft music playing in the background and the woman in the front was so sweet, and not yelling at me like, «What you want honnnaay, pick your color». Thank you, Jesus! They just opened three weeks ago and the place looks great! Very modern & even their pricing menu is super professional! Welp, since it was so nice, I was instantly curious, so I decided to extend my visit and added a pedicure to my list of services. The prices are a bit up there and not as affordable as my other«go to» salon, BUT the service is incredible & worth every penny. There was a bit of a wait for 3PM on a Monday, but there were also only three people working at that time, so I understood. I suggest making an appointment rather than walking in, just so you can be seen right away. Fifteen minutes later, I was lead to the back where the pedicure stations were and my oh my, was I impressed. There were about 15 pedicure chairs in the back; the chairs were insanely comfortable and they have disposable liners/bags in the soaking tub for your feet, for each individual customer. You have no clue how happy that made me! It felt so good knowing my little toes weren’t being exposed to prior customers crust and corn residue. Yay, for cleanliness! The man giving me a pedicure was super sweet and accommodating; he didn’t speak much but he was very friendly when he did. Now, here is my favorite part, they serve complimentary wine, tea, and water for customers receiving service! Heck yeah! So you know I had to ask him for some wine, mmm hmm; it was very tasty! My overall pedicure was amazing! It was super relaxing & I felt pampered, which was wonderful!!! Now to the eyebrows. «Oh lord, please don’t let her mess my eyebrows up, or have me walking out this place with one missing»…I had to say my little pray beforehand. I feel like every time someone new does my eyebrows, I have a mini panic attack. Ha, ha. Surprisingly, she did phenomenal! Them thangs were sculpted to perfection, «Yessssss» :snaps fingers in the air: Lol. Yes yes, I am certainly impressed with Reju and their services. They have wonderful customer service, the ambiance is modern, it is extremely clean, and they are super accommodating! Great job to all of the employees at Reju. I am a forever customer and I never want to go back to my old nail salon again, just don’t tell them that(ssshhhhh). I am so glad that they added this great addition to Upper Marlboro. We needed it! Favs: Complimentary drink with service, customer service, & the cleanliness is impeccable! Would Change: Cheaper prices but I get it, you’ve got to pay for quality, so it’s not so bad; A girl can dream… can’t she? Ha, ha!
