The good: the store is clean and you can easily find sizes.
The bad: trying to get fitted and buy bras took forever. Two of the saleswoman made it rather clear that they didn’t want to be working. What should’ve been relatively easy turned into me going to get my own bras and finding different sizes bc they weren’t willing to help and have an attitude when prompted to help.

I’d like to compliment one of your employees, Lillian, for the excellent service she provided me this week at your Capital Centre Blvd store. She helped me to choose the correct strapless bra. I don’t remember when I’ve been pleased with the service I received at any store. However, Lillian’s professionalism and ability in selecting the correct bra and size quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Lane Bryant at this location for years to come.
