Amazing food, great service, great way to start off the day!

Waffle Houses are all the same, except for the service. It was a slow night so I did get extra attention from the servers. The food was solid and quick.

What can you say about Waffle House? You know what you’re going to get before you walk in and it NEVER disappoints. Greasy spoon eggs, waffles, pancakes and hashbrowns.
I’d have to say that the food in Panama City Beach was so bad that this trip to Waffle House was the best meal we ate there.

I never had Waffle House before and was dragged to this place by my coworker originally from the South. They have a more traditional diner setup than other chains like Denny’s, and they seems to be more flexible on the style of food they prepare. A jukebox and long stretch of bar table definitely takes you back to the 60s. The staffs are very friendly and helpful in guiding me getting the right stuff.
I ended up getting the All Stars. I never known they could put a layer of cheese on top of hash browns. The waffle was the best part, I got a strawberry topping, and the strawberry was nicely cooked into the waffle, which tasted strangely delicious. Everything else tasted along the standard quality.
Overall it was an ok spot to visit, as I am not a super diner food fan, but the good thing about them is their ²⁴⁄₇ operation for diner food, and one can always visit them late night for any time of diner foods.
