Decent breakfast. Large portions but not the best. Service wasn’t the friendliest, no paper towels in the bathroom, server stole our ketchup to refill it and forgot to give it back. And somehow was $ 40 for 3 people to eat breakfast. Should have just gone to Waffle House.

Eaten here every year during Thunder on the Beach and thus breakfast was cold and took way to much time to get. Don’t know if we will be coming back. Very dissatisfied.

If you are hungry, have a hangover or its just plain old rainy and misog, then head here, masses of food for little money. Try the SOS, ground beef on toast with gravy, Lordy our waitress called it Shit on Shingles, we had never had it before and probably never will again. This place is old school, no décor updates since the day it opened and a lot of blue hair. Once a year is enough.

Enjoyed lunch here today with family. There’s a wide variety on the menu and great service. I liked that we could seat ourselves. Food came out quick and our server was very attentive to our needs. The only shortcoming was that they don’t take debit or credit cards as a form of payment and there was an ATM inside. I’m always weary of taking cash out of ATMs that are not from my bank and of course there was a service charge of $ 3. Beyond the checkout details the food and experience was pretty good.

Ummm… no. We ate here years ago and decided to give it a try. Never again. The staff is friendly. We had no wait time and now we know why. The food was not good. I highly recommend passing this place and going to the Waffle House.

One of the best places to get breakfast on the beach! Service is fast and friendly and food is yummy!

Great diner find… menu is small eggs, omelettes, waffles, sos, burgers, sandwiches and broasted chicken after 11 and not on the weekends… we had just done a half day of deep sea fishing so we all had a ½ lb cheeseburger with fries and all the fixings… total came to $ 30 for thr 3 of us and we all had drinks. Overall a good value for the price paid. Please note this place is cash only!

Just a typical diner. Good coffee, good food, good service. The waffles are thick and fluffy. It’s not the cleanest place I have ever been, but probably as clean as most diners. I go here before any of the main diner chainds.

Here for the first time. Breakfast with the Mrs. Very close to home.
I ordered the heavenly hash and an egg fried hard on top with rye toast and the wife ordered 3 eggz over medium with hash browns and wheat toast. We both ordered coffee and a glass of water also.
Very friendly and attentive service. Pretty quick too.
They state on the menu that the heavenly hash is what they are famous for. It was pretty good stuff but not what I’d call signature grade.
Also, my egg was closer to over medium than fried hard, and the wife’s eggs were much closer to over easy than over medium. A bit too runny and she didn’t finish them.
They seemed to be doing a good job keeping the tables bussed, however the place seems just a bit grimy and the Mrs mentioned that the ceiling looked filthy.
The tab came to around $ 18 for the both of us.
They had a few specials up on the wall that looked like they may be worth a shot, like French toast and sausage for around four bucks.
All in all nothing terribly impressive.
Not sure if I’ll be back.

Wow, even though this establishment looks old and worned out, they put out some really good food. I loved the pancakes and the Philly cheese steak omelet! Service was quick and friendly. Will definitely go back!

This place was absolutely filthy. Grill was cluttered from one end to the other and disgusting. Had trouble finding a clean spot on the bathroom door to get out. Menu was sticky. Settled for coffee and went elsewhere to eat

We arrived in PCB late — after 10 pm. After checking into our hotel, we asked the front desk folks what was still open & good — they recommended some of the chain restaurants & then said Coram’s was open & good. They were right! Service was terrific, the cook inquired about our order & everything was tasty. Granted, it is a greasy spoon but we loved it!

Food here is the typical greasy fare you can get anywhere in PCB. Its typical diner food, nothing special.

Food was alright. We waited about an hour after ordering to eat breakfast. Saw a dude grab toppings out of a bucket with his bare hands which is kind of gross. I wasn’t impressed, however, my boyfriend says that their lunch is amazing.

Been hearing good things about this place, but the service was horrendous. The table next to us got their drinks and left 30 minutes later because they didn’t get their food. We waited over 30 minutes as well, but had no place to go. The food was ok, but the waffle house close by is a better option.

We were warned the waity would be about 45 minutes it took longer than that my omellete was dropped had to be redone the ham in it was burnt the hash Browns everybody raves about are nothing special the service they’re friendly enough. Was told that the two cooks were out sick today, on a holiday, weekend. I think they should be fired.

Nice and cozy place… our large family fit right in. Food was tasty and our server was very friendly. Really enjoyed this place!

You know you’re getting a REAL meal when you’re in a place full of locals both early morning and late into the night. Awesome atmosphere, with great, hearty eats (love that heavenly hash!) and consistently friendly, obliging service!
Plus, it’s easy to scout out and parking is always available.

Its doable if there isn’t a Waffel House around

Good food at a great price point. I would eat here often if I lived here. It could a
good spring cleaning one day. Thats the only reason I took a star away. Staff super friendly though.
