Starbucks stores have same menu items, yet they differ in service, location and size of store. Therefore, the 5 stars for the service, location and size which is really perfect to get things done.

They are always so nice at this location, even though I may not be awake they hand me coffee with a smile and ask how my day is! Love that kind of customer service.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is friendly, courteous, and funny. The atmosphere is small and cozy, and does tend to fill up fast in the afternoon. However, staff are always willing to accommodate for everyone. The drive through is the fastest I’ve seen,

I’m a super fan of all Starbucks by taste so let me just rate on service so there is no bias. This location greets promptly, aids customers in ordering to satisfaction, makes great curbside convo during the brief wait for a perfect drink and above all else can even deliver super specific drink orders such a request to heat only to 145degrees so I can drink now! Love it. Drive thru is awesome.

Friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! We asked for more time to decide(which is oftentimes frowned upon in a drive-thru, I know) and we received a friendly, «okay, take your time, let us know if you have any questions!» When we placed our order, the response was our total and«okay great, see you when you come around!» The whole time, the woman seemed super happy and genuinely excited to help us. Never have I experienced someone so bubbly and seemingly happy to work in a drive-thru! Excellent customer service, surprisingly pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning!

Starbucks on Tremont seems an oddity to me. It’s a drive-thru mainly as I see long lines there on weekdays, drivers in work mode needing java. The exit is on to Tremont and is a nightmare. I simply can’t understand why anyone would get in that line. And to make matters slightly worse the obvious parking spot to enter the front is across the street in the Macy’s lot. Again, no light and no crosswalk. One word: FROGGER. Yes there is parking in the back but parking your car looks like it means you have to back out into… you guessed it… the drive thru line. Okay… so I’m inside for a try. The three staffers are definetly more focused on getting the drive-thrus than the walk-ups. Possibly because there were only 4 people seated inside when I popped in … tough to get there and tough to depart? Maybe. I got my java the way I wanted(small coffee in a medium to-go cup no lid) without difficulty. It took a minute for some attention but I got it. My order did include one of my Starbucks staples — pumpkin bread. A slice is great with coffee; always moist, almost gooey. I like it that way. I just don’t know. This is, after all, Starbucks so the faithful lemmings go here or there for their liquid mermaid. I was there because… I got a gift card for Christmas. Otherwise I would have been just a stone’s throw away on the corner of Tremont and Zollinger for the Antlered Bean Juice(c-bou). This isn’t meant to totally disparage Starbucks… it’s just this store, this location, its function and such. My next Starbucks card will be used in another location.

The people here are so friendly and nice. I go here most days during the week and the staff is so amazingly kind and considerate. I think people who complain about the service needs to realize how ridiculous they sound. Best service and store quality I’ve been to. Love coming here.

It looks like a Starbucks, it smells like a Starbucks, it sounds like a Starbucks… good golly, it must be a Starbucks. A semi-sizable one, at that. Soft chairs, hard chairs with tables… a small number of outdoor chairs, as well, but they’re in the back, where you get a perfect view of pretty much nothing. Except the drive-through customers. So you can make them uncomfortable as they roll past and you can study each one of them from just a yard away. Seriously, that’s how close the seats are. Inside, it has the usual shelves of drug paraphernalia(caffeine is the world’s most widely addicted-to drug, in case they ask you that on Jeopardy). Only one staffer was there when I came in, but she was doing a fine job of wrangling the literally ones of customers clammering for their jolt. Or just sitting around, whichever. Actually, I think the location runs mostly off of the drive-through. The little ear thingy the barista wears was the giveaway. Meanwhile, wasn’t there a time when Starbucks was, like, the hit-maker of sleepy music? Today I got to listen to muzak. On the up-side, it didn’t give me the irresistible urge to spring for overpriced CDs at the counter. Overall, a comfortable enough Starbucks, if weak in the personality department.

Wow… I have been going to this Starbucks about 5 days a week to buy at least 3 drinks a day since 2007. Before that, it was 1 drink a day/5 days a week from 2002 — 2007 at other Starbucks locations. So, right now I buy a minimum of 15 Starbucks drinks a week. They definitely know me to see me, right?! And I spend WAY more $$ there than my financial planner thinks is wise. The«Latte Factor» of how to use money for smart money management is taken up in, ummm… lattes for my 2 teens and myself. SO…yesterday I was given grandes instead of talls, but just grabbed the drinks quickly thru the drive through, kinda late to get my son downtown to school, drove off and realized I had grandes and was charged for them, only wished to buy and spend for talls… so I told them this morning that I had the wrong order yesterday and never wanted the larger size.(I never even drank all of mine, just too big.) You would think being one of the most consistent clients buying the volume I do that they’d be gracious in their error. All they had to do in order to make a very steady client happy was to throw me a little coupon)…but, NO! She said, «Absolutely nothing I can do about that. If you told me then, but not now» Really?! Really? WEll… I can sure do something about it… I love Stauf’s, Cup a Joe. My son like Tim Horton’s. And, let’s not forget; I even make a fabulous French Press at home and have a Keurig sitting on the counter. Bottom Line: Nothing beats fabulous customer service, Starbucks. I don’t have to give you business, I have been choosing to do-so. You are not into caring about your customers and THAT is disgraceful when I give you more money a week then I even spend on myself. And, I work VERY hard for that money. Thanks for… being there to take my money, but offering nothing back for your own mistakes.
