I will start by saying I am not a frozen yogurt fan but I liked the taste of Cuzzins. They changed the froyo recipe because this one had the cheap icy texture. The choices are the same as most but this place isnt going to be high on my stops. I had a coupon for a $ 4 cup and it saved me about $ 1.50. I wish I would have used my $ 4 next door for a blizzard instead. This place is decent if you like froyo but it isnt that creamy froyo like Orange leaf or Cuzzins.

I hate to write this review because I REALLY want to love #Froyo, but after knowing how it was with Cuzzins, there is no comparison. It’s not the actual yogurt I have an issue with, but the toppings bar. It’s just gross. I’ve noticed it before, but thought they had just been busy. However it was the same when I went tonight. The only fresh fruit was kiwi, but it had all been mashed to a pulp. The cheesecake bites had coagulated into one ball, cookie dough had the kiwi & maraschino cherries in it. I think the part that creeps me out the most is the M&Ms. They clearly had gotten wet — the colors had bled off and they had that weird grey tint to them. I opted to get my yogurt plain. I completely understand that there are lots of messy kids(I’ll include myself in that category!) that come through the store, but if Cuzzins could keep up with them why can’t #Froyo? Please up your standards for the topping bar. I will be there every night when you do!

I don’t know why everyone is hatin’ on this place! I am always looking for a semi-healthier version of desert and frozen yogurt is it. I really enjoy #froyo and their toppings! My favorite is the cotton candy flavor with some blueberries on top! Yum! You can’t go wrong with the other flavors either, especially with all the options for toppings. Don’t rule this place out because of the other froyo snobs out there!

This is a good little place for froyo… They always have a lot of options to choose from, and my lady is OBSESSED with the cotton candy flavor… Which is good for me because that means we get to go a lot! The real winner here though is the toppings bar. Huge selection of treats available for making your froyo«your own», both healthy and unhealthy. But this could also he seen, for me, as the downfall as i like to think im going here for a healthy desert, when in the end i just ruin it with delicious caramel and cookie dough chunks

Not a good place to go for fro-yo. The place isn’t very clean. The bathroom is sketchy. They don’t have very many toppings to choose from. The frozen yogurt just isn’t that good anyways.

I wouldn’t pay much attention to the negative reviews. Hashtag froyo is my new favorite frozen yogurt place when i’m in the Columbus area, the staff is very friendly, it’s very clean inside. Tons of different yogurt flavors, and topping option, there’s something for everyone. They are very inexpensive aswell, I will be coming back with my family when we are in the area!

This was some hashtag terrible froyo. I went with a friend, expecting it to be Cuzzins– it’s not! I sampled most of the flavors, most of which tasted very artificial, too sweet, or just too bad. I decided to go with the classic original tart flavor, because it’s the safest one(or so I thought). I was kicking myself for not sampling it before! It had an extra acidic taste of spoiled yogurt. I could not finish my bowl. The reason I gave it two stars was because the employees allowed me to sample many flavors.

Holy moly — this is terrible frozen yogurt. I love froyo. Yaourt is my favorite, with their real ingredients and friendly staff, but I’ll go just about anywhere close by. So when I tell you this is bad yogurt here — I swear I’m not being a snob. So Cuzzins closed down, and #froyo took its spot. I always thought the former yogurt was just fine — not the best, but totally palatable. I assumed #froyo would be the same, but nope. Not. The. Same. The yogurt is all extremely artificial tasting, and some have hideous neon coloring. I sampled a few and almost gagged. I’m not even being a drama queen. I settled on original tart, mostly because you can’t really screw it up – and it tends to be my favorite. Their original tart is very icy and tastes like a chemical. I couldn’t even finish my small cup. I’m bumping it up from one star because the service was okay(pleasant, but nonchalant) and the interior was bright and clean. I’m usually not a negative nelly and would search for something positive to say right about now, but I’m at a loss for words. Oh, and this is the worst name ever. Did Mariah Carey have a hand in it? #beautiful
