Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is the worst I’ve ever been too. Every time I go, they skimp you on your food. The burritos have barley any meat in them, basically just tortilla. The Mexican pizza has little to no Sauce on it. The tacos they shove as much lettuce as possible so they don’t have to give you much meat. And to top it all off they always and I mean ALWAYS. Mess up my order in some way. I hope a manger sees this and makes some changes.

Worst Taco Bell on the planet. If I could give negative stars I would. 30 minutes in a drive thru line. I was the 5^th car in line and it wasn’t like one persons order held up the line. The drive thru attended was not even apologetic.

Okay I come here a lot cuz I live SO close. But this is the worlds slowest Taco Bell!!! I would say about 25% of the time I’m in and out quick. But the other 75% of the time I will wait 30 minutes average in the drive thru line. With 2 –3 cars in front of me this is just ridiculous. I’m seriously addicted to cheap, fake Mexican so I come back anyway but seriously it’s FAST food! If I wanna wait this long I’ll go to a sit down place. For the love of God get it together.

30 mins in drive thru. One cashier for dine in && drive thru. A V O I D this Tbell if you value your time.

So this guys finnaly got it. Went inside the dinnig room and I was akowledged right away. It took about 8 minutes to complete my order but I was trated polite and corteus. The store was clean and salsas well stoked and organized. I am happy to see improvement. I like taco bell and want to see you guys in business. Food was fresh and delicious. Keep it up guys!

This store has very slow customer service. I came inside because the line in the drive thru was ridiculous. There was no one in line and I still waited 10 minutes to place my order and another 15 minutes to get my food.

Worst service ever! I have waited in line for 30 mins before (multiple times-​3 cars only)! PLUS, I got the worst food poisoning ever from here… probably because they don’t bother to clean their pots and pans thoroughly. I will never go back to this one.

Waited to get 6 bean and cheese burritos for 20 minutes in drive thru. Only four cars ahead of me.
Then we order a Baja blast machine out of service
Then I ask for mild sauce fir burritos they are out!
Won’t be back! slow slow service

Service was fast for me! Order 16 dollars worth of food and they had me out in a breeze.

Came here again, the line hasn’t moved in drive they for 10 minutes. I’m stuck or else I would of left. I haven’t ordered yet. It’s a Saturday night, what the eff Taco Bell!!!

This store has some of the worst customer service and expediency I have seen. I am assuming this is a corporate owned store because most franchise owners I know operate their stores with a higher standard. I waited over 20 minutes to get my food in a line of four cars including me. I had six items, and when I got home I only had 4. Plus the server at the window had enough time to flirt with two guys in the car in front of me long after they got their food. It’s business 101 folks: you already have «decent» food, its, just basic customer service and delivery that is lacking here.

Waited in line… mind you I was thee only one here… for 13 minutes just to order! Then another 6 minutes to get my food. I ordered a bean and cheese! Just spent half my lunch time for a burrito. Ridiculous.

I’m honestly so grossed out and angry… I asked for a cheese quesadilla with no sauce and asked her twice to make sure there was no sauce and she said yes, I will make sure there is no sauce. Guess what there was on my quesadilla? Sauce… But that’s not that bad, I mean it’s still edible to some just not me I hate it. I also asked for two Doritos loco tacos and got home and was excited to at least eat the tacos since I really dislike the taste of the sauce on the quesadilla only to find myself gagging because the tacos are stale and smell like they’ve been sitting out for days, I’ve never had this kind of experience in a restaurant before and I’m just so disgusted at the fact that they have no regard for people’s health, like please just tell me that you don’t have all the supplies for the tacos rather than giving me two disgustingly old shells that are no where near edible. I’m never ever ever going back to this location, and by the reviews at this joint, I know many people have had pretty bad experiences. You guys really need to change because obviously you’re not doing something right.

Slowest taco bell in the inland empire. I’m here at Taco Bell writing this. Stuck in drive though but real slow and already regret coming here. Slow slow slow. Seen about 3 – 4 cars already leave because the wait. Don’t know why they’re talking long but every other place I’ve gone to has not take over 15 minutes to get me served. Sorry Taco Bell but you can do better.

Horrible customer service, they rather be chit chtting in the back room while i over hear them then serve or attend to the customera, lack of manners and pretty much understand now why it’s always empty in. there, you’re employees suck and do not fulfill the credentials needed/​required to operate a food establishment, it being in the fast food industry ahould be all the more easier but these dickheads rather be talking about their weekend then approach a paying customer to service their needs. Two thumba down, you give taco bell a bad name fuckwads! This goes out to the wednesday morning shift!

This place is slow. Even during the most dead hours. Thought maybe it was just an off day for them… but came back and it was the same story.

I was in the area and stopped in this location twice in one week. I like the AM Country Crunchwrap with bacon instead of sausage. On both locations that was what I ordered and the lazy employees gave me sausage both times. This location is the worst around. The employees are lazy and give you what they want to give regardless of what you order. Stay away from this location until Corporate decides to hire new people and clean it up.

Guess I should have read the reviews first. Lol! Well, let’s just say… I got the wrong food and they tried to over charge me. Yet I was the one that received attitude. I wonder if the cleanliness is of equal quality as the food and service that was provided. If so… this is no bueno.

Very slow service. Someone who ordered later than me, complained, got they’re money back and got their larger order before I did. I don’t plan on coming back to this location.

I like this place hadn’t been there since they remodeled but I like it upgraded… food was good they got the order right… have no complaints… could play better music though lol but hey w. e …clean atmosphere
