After much debate, I walked into Sleep Train to check out the mattresses. Let it be known, I hate salesmen and hate to be followed around the store. That changed, when from behind, I hear the most wonderful southern accent welcome me to the store. Keenen was a breath of fresh air. He helped me pick out the best mattress as we easily conversated about life. I almost forgot that I was actually laying on beds while someone watched my body rise on a mattress to make sure that it was a good fit. I would 100% recommend Sleep Train and Keenen as your salesperson. He was amazing! Plus I walked out with a new mattress that I cannot wait to sleep on. Thanks Keenen!

Very helpful buying the mattress. But then… delivery
Delivery was awful.
Don’t bother making an appointment with this place.
Somehow 3pm to 7pm means 1pm. Go figure.
Guys show up two hours early. Old bed isn’t apart yet. Wanted to move the bed frame to a different spot but didn’t have enough time to do that since they had the mattress on the front porch already.
Not sure what’s more annoying, late delivery or 2 hours before it was scheduled.
