Rancho Monte Vista Apartment

This place is All Bad from rude staff in the office to punk kids staying at the Rancho monta vista apartments. Breaking into cars fights partying maintenance has no clue on what there doing .When you decide to leave there they will find A way to charge you. The Family who lived down from me took real good care of there apartment carpet was always clean no pets lived there shoes not to be worn inside left apartment real clean and Even had A final walk through with Maintenance manager Santos everything was perfect just need touch ups that are requirements.2 months later they said the family owed for damages to carpet .This place is All Bad rude girls in office walk with there nose in the air lazy never in the office. Some college kid was giving my wife A problem one day he hit her car cause he was speeding in the parking lot front office said there’s nothing they could do cause he was moving soon to just deal with it .This place looks ok but when you leave they will put charges on you just to make money off you. I had my car broken into (window bashed in) three months after moving in. During the week when I come home at night there are people digging through the trash bins. They have followed me in on there bikes numerous times along with other neighbors who have had to chase them out. Front desk doesn’t care. Security cameras are only at gates, not through out complex. There is suppose to be security that patrols at night but they do not exist. Apartments have been broken into here along with garages. I moved here because I thought it was safe but my views have completely changed. Walls are also very thin. I can hear my neighbor snoring every night and choking on his spit so loudly I have to run my fan and have my tv on all night. I would never recommend living here. Please do you’re research.

I wouldn’t say Rancho Monte Vista is a bad place to live. On the contrary, it is probably one of the best in the area. My experience with the management and other employees has been cordial. I am not saying they did not make their fair share of mistakes. However, I think they did their best.
I moved out a few days ago, and I am still waiting for the security deposit (from unit 723). I’ll keep you posted how that goes.

Staff are a bunch of liars. All they are after is your money. Give you false information about termination of lease, do nothing to help you, and give you conflicting statements regarding many topics. Tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign, and then when it comes down to it, they deny everything they told you.
Go somewhere else where you are treated fairly, unless you want to pay big bucks for cheap amenities, cheap staff, cheap housing quality.

Dishonest manager & employees, irresponsible people.
