never had a problem with this restaurant. I order at least once a week. only once was my pizza messed up and they sent a new one right away free of charge. I always receive my pizza 20 minutes after u order and it’s always at a good temperature. delivery drivers are all really nice

I have always loved the classic taste of a dominos pizza ever since I was younger :) I ordered two large pizzas tonight and I was staying at (complicated to get to) apartments the delivery guy was so kind and said no no you don’t have to meet me at the front I know the area WELL I have no problem coming to you and he did with a smile on his face I felt the pizza and as promised the pizza was delivered hot! and cheesey ugh ! :) I was expecting OK pizza and got fantastic I’m happy they hve not let us down guys ! I should have gotten the cinnamon sticks

Horrible service. Ordered pizzas for delivery and was told 30 – 40 minutes. Called an hour later and was told pizza was in route for delivery. Called back 15 minutes later and was told our order was marked for pick up. 1 hour and 15 minutes later-​no pizza Manager was not helpful. Do not order from this location

Worst place to order from!!! Most disorganized place I have seen… 3 hours late… Lies to customers on the phone that it’s going out the door but then it still hasn’t showed up. I live 1 min away. Pizza Hut just won my business. Where is the manager??? Ummm no where to be found Ohhh wait outside talking to friends… Or better yet face timing.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a pizza that took 2 hours to finally show up & when it came it was someone else’s order

Our wings were burnt, supposed to have a dozen but they gave us six. They forgot our sauce. We called them to see about getring the order fixed and gave up after being on hold for twenty minutes. BOOOOOOOO!!!

So we wait for a hour and when we get home our pizza was cut weird and some of the slices were folded in half and the cheese bread was not cut and didn’t look cooked. Sorry but due to the bad service the long wait while one of the pizzas was sitting on the rack forever and how the pizza had know quality we will never go back again.

Called to place my order last night. After telling them what I wanted I expected they would give me any special discounts available given the items I’d ordered. I ordered two large pizzas, stuffed breadsticks, and a 2 liter of Sprite. My order came to $ 49.50. I called back today asking why I was charged so much and how come I wasn’t given any discounts. I was told «If a customer doesn’t ask for them we don’t give them». Needless to say that will be the last time I order pizza from Dominoes. We all work hard for our money and $ 50 for a couple pizzas seems ridiculous to me. I asked what they could do for me and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Get your pizza elsewhere or MAKE SURE you ask about the specials I guess. This location is not for doing what’s right for the customer.

If I could give absolutely no stars, trust me I would. I have ordered three times from this location since it is so close to my house, and ordering two more times after the first disaster is clearly my mistake. They have screwed up every single order that I have made. I ordered two pasta bowls the first time, and no joke, they had enough pasta in the bread bowl for two bites. How on earth would they even send that out for delivery thinking that’s worth someone’s money? The last time I ordered I sat on hold for a while so I heard all of their specials. I inquired about one of them when I was trying to place an order and the guy who worked there had no idea what I was talking about… seriously? You might want to brush up on that so customers aren’t more informed than the people who actually work there.
He then found a different special, which was more than fine, told me the total and proceeded to charge my card. When the sweetest delivery boy dropped off the pizza, they had completely overcharged me. I called the store and the guy was actually defending the mistake saying they must had not added the delivery charge of $ 3.99 before telling me the total, which still would not have added up to what I was charged. HORRIBLE customer service. I was then offered a free pizza after still saying that I was in the wrong. Keep your pizza and apparently my money. I will never be ordering from there again. Awful entitled staff, but a great delivery team.

We order from here about once a month and they are polite, prompt, and deliver quickly! Its dominoes so if you have eaten at one before then you know what to expect.
If not order a pizza! They are good well made pizzas as far as deliver pizza goes. I like pepperoni and black olive the best!

Have been won over by dominos speed and quality of pizza! They really make a good pie– and you can custom create to your liking. Always comes so fast and delicious! I’m always so shocked– in a good way! Easy to order on app and fun to track when will be delivered! A+++

THIS IS FOR THE LAKEWOOD MALL LOCATION OOPS_​we ordered the thin and crispy pizza and spicy buffalo wings… personally i LOVED the thin crust we r talking paper thin and crispy so for a person who normally avoids gluten this is a great alternative since the hubs refuses gluten free crust however he didn’t like it as much said almost too thin for his liking… the wings were very good flavorful moist juicy with quite a lot of meat nice… delivery was über fast 20 minutes or so on a friday night… i swear we have the best dominos around ;{}

Ordered pizza for a birthday party. Was quoted 20 minute wait time. Got to the shop 20 minutes after I ordered and was told it would be right up. I over-​heard workers in back arguing over a pizza re-​make. I was hopeful it wasn’t mine because I was on a birthday time limit. I sat and waited another 15 minutes without anyone addressing me or the fact that they messed up on one of my pizzas. When it was finally finished, they set it on the heat rack and still did not address me. I had to go back to counter and tell them my pizzas were ready. After I told them, they still would not give me the pizzas. They had to confirm with three other people that the pizzas were in fact mine and that they were ready to go. Poor customer service. Lack of store leadership. No accountability. Poor choice on my part to order pizza from there. It won’t happen again.

When it comes to fast and reliable service I give this location a ⁵⁄₅. I’m impressed with the speed and professionalism the employees here had during my pickup. The customer service was neat and friendly. This is a tough thing to maintain as most people can understand. Customers can be a little insensitive at times. These folks get it, keep it up! Thanks!

Pizza had no sauce, gave me gross bland chicken with old blue cheese dressing when I asked for hot wings. Kid on the phone was awkward. He said «what do you want us to do about it?». He credited my account for a specialty chicken. Big whoop.

You know the thin weekly rolled up paper with advertisements that you find in your driveway each week? Well the coupons that are in there for Dominos can be and are misleading. I called in on a special and when the young gentlemen asked me for the promo code, I gave him 9090, He then proceeds to tell me that I have to order that special online. So I go online to order and when prompted for the promo code I entered it tells me that it is wrong. Frustrated at this point I called the store and a young lady answered and I explained that the information that I had been given did not work. I was put on hold so the female could ask a manager on duty what could be done and comes back on the line and tells me that the coupon with the promo code does not apply to franchises. WHAT in the world would that have to do with a large pizza chain and the advertisement that it only applies to certain establishments??? So I am sharing my experience with the online option and will be making a phone call to a Distict/​Regional or Corporate contact to express the misleading flyer, The delivery driver does deserve KUDOS for his smiling and friendly greeting at the door!!!

Sandwiches are a no go, especially for the price. It was mostly bread with very little filling. You could get better quality and for cheaper elsewhere, or if you just make it yourself.
Chicken was alright, but I don’t feel it was worth it. Same with the stuffed bread. Half of it managed to have no filling.
Pizza is pretty good. It’s basically what you’d expect from a pizza chain. Not the best pizza ever, but still enough to satisfy you.
The thing that’s definitely worth ordering from here is the chocolate lava crunch cakes. Sooo chocolatey, warm, and gooey. Just 2 was not enough to satisfy me. These things are sinfully good.

This is the best Domino’s around. I usually call in my order and pick it up. They seem to have great team work and the manager is always working really hard while being patient with the trainees working the phones. It’s really nice to see this because I hate it when things seem dysfunctional!
The PAN pizza is so good and yesterday when we ordered they were super accommodating and flexible with us as we were being difficult customers, lol! We had to call back several times to make sure the order was right and YUP it was correct and exactly to our specifications with extras! SO NICE!
