The sales pitch was definitely better than the service provided. During the consultation we were told about stain treatments, cleaning procedures, and scotch guarding.
We were sold. We scheduled an appointment two weeks out. When the day came, Dirt Monster was a no show. I called twice before finally reaching them. It was then that they realized I was scheduled for today.
Rather than re-​scheduling me the owner came out and did the carpet cleaning. The carpets did look better afterward but I don’t believe the pre-​cleaning treatment and the post cleaning scotch guarding was done. I got the feeling that he was just hurrying to get it done.
On top of that I paid the full price he quoted me with all the «bells and whistles» at consultation.
