I’d been boycotting this place since 2012 because– Oops!- their hate was showing. Well, they’re better at hiding it now. For fast food, they’re fast indeed with friendly service for a 3-​meal order within 3 to 5 minutes depending on milkshakes.
Their Waffle Fries are good but even better with their Chick-​fil-​A sauce– ask for lots. This sauce also gives their sandwiches a hand, which I dip directly. Their slightly Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich has a juicy, breaded chicken breast with tomato, lettuce, pickles, and pepper jack cheese. This is the one to get! Though their Frosted Lemonade barely has any real or fake lemon flavor, their classic shakes satisfy.
Kids meals can be customized with chicken nuggets (grilled or fried) or chicken strips, a wee apple juice box, chocolate/​plain milk, waffle fries, and applesauce or a fresh fruit cup. Then a little Captain Obvious here, but their chicken nuggets are nicer than at most other fast food places. In fact, their kids meals are better, all together. By default, they include a small prize for kids 3 years old or older. If requested, they have a different one for younger kids. Right now, it’s a cute, little illustrated board book by «Make Believe Ideas.»

The food taste pretty good, I just don’t think people realize the quality is not much higher than McDonald’s/Wendy’s etc. The sauces are all made of corn syrup and the bread is bleached enriched flour which is not even really food after all the processing it goes through.
The culture and service does seem to be above average, and they claim to only use humanely raised chicken, however they are still peddling crap at the end of the day.
Improve the quality of the food if you want my money in the future!

I love love love this place! I used to get it all the time when I was living in MD. I was concerned that it wasn’t be as good in NJ, but I was wrong. The chicken nuggets, cheese sauce, polynesian sauce, chicken salad sandwich, fries and chicken salad are always delish!

Whenever I am at Union, NJ, I would stop by Chick-​fil-​A. Their chicken sandwich is the best amongall fast food joint. Highly recommend their Chick-​fil-​A sandwich, morning, Chick-​n-​Minis for breakfast and waffle fries. Coffee is decent but I would pass on the sweet tea.
Having a mint in the bottom of a takeout bag is a good catch.
Chick-​fil-​A, open MORE restaurants in NJ. Currently, there is only 5!

The excitement of eating a chick-​fil-​A chicken sandwich combo makes my body chiver. No lies!
Those waffles fries. So tender from the inside and crispy on the outside. Amazing. Everytime!
The vanilla milkshake. It was explosive in my mouth while Oozing out delicious thoughts. The sweetest receiver!
This particular location, one of my fave. Good staff. Fast Service. No mess ups on orders. Always busy.
Writing this review excites me for the next trip.
Chick-​fil-​A, I like you, A lot!

We passed by on the way, so we thought give it a try since we heard a lot about it and never had it before.
We both ordered spicy burger, 3 and 4 on menu. and two salads.
Maybe coz i heard too much about it and had high expectation? I really got disappointed at it. Nothing special at all. Maybe the materials are healthy? But who knows… lol
Guess wont to go back again especially there’s always a line in the manhattan location.

The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is so polite and friendly. I wish all restaurants had the same philosophy and character.

Every time I come to jersey I come to this chick fil a location the food is always great an ready in a timely fashion! An the prices of the meals are great too. The Polynesian sauce complements the waffle fries perfectly! Everytime I eat chick fil a I get this opening a Christmas gift feeling the food is that good to me!

My experience here couldn’t have been better. Every interaction with an employee was perfect. They were respectful and pleasant. Chick-​fil-​a always impresses but this was even better than normal

Got dinner from the drive-​thru, about $ 30 worth of food.
When I got home starving 20 minutes later, found that they didn’t give me half of my order. Not cool.
I would really appreciate a gift card to make up for it.

Chick-​fil-​A is a fast-​food phenom nationwide but it is fairly new to NJ. The experience was much closer to a typical McDonald’s visit than I expected. I ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich Deluxe (additional lettuce, tomato, cheese). it was good, but the chicken was very noticeably salty. Waffle fries were good, not life-​changing. And that’s that. The food is ordered like typical fast food except it is brought out to your table. I certainly enjoyed my lunch. If you’re in the mood for fast food, I suppose it’s as good as the typical fast-​food experience. Next time I’ll try a different menu item or perhaps breakfast.

I had a craving for Chick-​fil-​A and I thought this location has to be better than the one in the city (I have yet to try it), right? All the times I’ve had Chick-​fil-​A, it was mostly in the midwest/​South and all the food chains just seem to be better out there. I ordered the nuggets, waffle fries and a lemonade. This location isn’t much different from the locations I’ve tried; the service is great and the food is good.
The only thing that I have an issue with has nothing to do with the food or service, but the fact that it’s situated along route 22. I had to take an exit ramp and get across all lanes in a short amount of time to get to the parking lot entrance. It would’ve been nice if the drivers didn’t step on the gas just because they saw my left blinker on…

This place is alright. Food was excellent although the menu was small and the staff were polite. Its not a place you can come to often, but when you do, it is money well spent.
Side note– Now that marriage equality is a thing, no need to let the chain’s owner’s feelings about it affect you.

Always friendly, always courteous, always friendly. Anything you need, they will accommodate. Extra sause? Sure thing. No attitudes, unlike some people that work at BK, McD’s, etc… They should all take note to why Chik-​Fil-​A works as well as it does.

This place is conveniently located on route 22. This place can be a pain in the ass to get to from my work because its a on route 22: P
During lunch time the parking can be full and the drive thru is backed up.
The food is consistently good. And the staff is Southernly nice which i’m not used to.
I wish they stopped serving the drinks in styrofoam cups.

I am not the fast food type, but this place takes it to a whole different level. One of the first things you will notice is this service is ALWAYS friendly, I have not come here once and been dissatisfied with service and food. They don’t charge extra for sauces. Speaking of sauces, it’s so refreshing to see minimal ingredients in the sauces. Next time you eat there look at the ingredients in the sauce, they are honey, mustard, salt etc. no high fructose corn syrup. Also the lemonade is made in house and is delicious! If you get the hankering for fast food, drive yourself over here; you won’t regret it.

Why can’t I get one of these in New York. What a good option for «fast food» even though it doesn’t seem like fast food. Ingredients are all fresh and a good selection of healthy dishes. I love the variety of sauces and sides to go with your main dish.
Not sure if other Chick-fil-A’s have this but this particular location has a mouth wash station in the bathroom! What a great idea!
Next time I am around the area I will make sure to stop by. Eat more Chikn :)

Probably one of the best «fast food» chains.
Chicken is good and seems real. They have grilled chicken option that is good for a healthier option. U can. Have bottled water as apart of the beverage in the meals. Drive thru is fast here. Staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Waffle French fries are awesome when they are hot
