Disappointed. Really cheap with the topping. Got the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Pic provided. The places in this area are all very disappointing.

This Subway is just ok. The restaurant is clean but the last time we were here the employee(he was newer) mopped the floor & didn’t put a wet floor sign up. There were people walking in and the floor was wet. We also purchased a $ 25.00 gift card and the promo is get a free 6 inch sub. We were told the only way we can get that promotion is if we call & do the survey. I will probably return.

I will not go back to this location. They did not have the bread I wanted, they had no onions, the chocolate milk was expired and they charged $ 7.25 for the footlong to go sandwich, other locations charge $ 6.75.

I am very picky about the Subway restaurants I go to. This one is one of the few that I really enjoy. They don’t try and half ass their sandwiches, are friendly, and work with the customers. It is also close to my apartment, which is very nice. If I am in the mood for Subway, the drive is about three minutes away. Keep up the good work guys.

This Subway is right next to Home Depot. I was actually hoping to go to a Taco truck after my HD stop and ended up going here since there were none in sight. Got my usual meatball on wheat and it hit the spot. Service was quick, fast and friendly.

This place has SERIOUS sanitary training issues. I usually don’t write reviews for chains/franchises, but I just had to this time. Every time I go to this Subway most of the time I leave asking myself, «Why did I even go here?» Most of the employees, with the exception of some, have no kind of customer service whatsoever. They’re inattentive and don’t even try to enjoy what they get paid to do. Anyway, my boyfriend and I decided to eat here since we got a coupon for a BOGO sandwich deal. BOGO. Buy one get one, just pay for the sandwich that costs more, right? We told the employee what we wanted, and it fit the requirements to use the coupon. She told us that we had to buy a drink in order to use the coupon, even though it did not indicate anywhere that we had to do so. We didn’t want to fight it and we were pretty thirsty, so we bought a drink. Whatever, that’s fine. I ordered three cookies along with our meal. We paid, and we thought it was over. Bf and I got halfway through our sandwiches and decided to save the other half for later. He ate the raspberry cheesecake cookie and halfway through, he noticed that there was GREEN and BLUE crumbs within the cookie. Hmm… raspberry is red, so why’s there green and blue stuff in the cookie? We checked the other two cookies by breaking them in half and found nothing. We were disturbed by our findings and decided to take the cookies back and ask for a full refund. She took the cookie in question back, and we gave her the other two cookies that were already broken in half. At our dismay, she put the broken cookies that we TOUCHED back into the container with the still(possibly) good cookies! She said that she thought they were just«broken». She didn’t give me broken cookies! Even if that were so, you shouldn’t put goods that were already given out and mix it with the untouched goods! We got our money back and left. After a minute or so, we realized what she did was wrong when it came to handling the returned goods. We went back and gave the uneaten portions of our sandwiches back and got a full refund because we were disgusted with the food handling. Never coming back here, sorry! I have a million other stories I could say about this place, but I just won’t. Save yourself the trouble(and tummy ache) and just not go to this one.

Out of every subway Ive ever been to this is the worst!!! I have been here about 10 – 15 times in 3 years and everyone of those visits have been bad the service is horrible. Don’t even bother to ask them a question because they will look at you like your stupid or annoying. I have had both men and women that are assholes… i ended stopping her for being lazy but i will no longer give them my business… bad services not friendly

Did you expect something different then the typical two stars at a subway? I didn’t either … The place is a nice strip mall on Mowry, the parking is very convenient and the restaurant is clean and the subway sandwiches are well, just ok, the veggies you always have to ask for«extra» as usual because they never put enough on there. The meat is skimpy but hey what can you expect for $ 5

This subway is probably the worst of the worst. You don’t want to come here if you have other choices. The way they make the sandwiches, it’s just disappointing. They try to skimp on every little ingredient they put on the sandwich. Hey can i have extra jalapenos? Sure here is one more jalapeño! Can i get extra olives? Sure, here are three more olives! Really? I don’t care if I do have to pay extra but when I say extra i expect double the amount. Just save yourself the disappointment of going here and avoid it even if you don’t have a choice.

This is one of the worst subway places I’ve even been. The girls there could hardly speak decent English. Worst of all they were promoting the avocado sandwiches. I ordered a turkey, bacon avocado sandwich and after a couple of bite I notice there were no avocado in it. I went back to the counter to ask them what happen to the avocado. One of the girl said ‘we don’t have avocado’ and that was it. No apologies or anything and they pretend nothing happen. Why can’t they tell me that there was no avocado when I order my sandwich? At least I have the choice to order something else. Another thing is, they were counting every single slice of tomato, olives, cucumber they put in the sandwich. I’ve never seen anything like that. This will be the last time I go to this subway place until they train their staff better!

The lack of customer service and poorly trained exmployee that made my sandwich made me wish I had gone to a different Subway. There are a few that are in my general area but this made me wish I would have gone a few miles away to one I had normally gone to since I have never had problems there. I ordered a black forest ham sandwich with everything on it, I just didnt want everything falling out of the bread as I was eating. This hasnt happened before. Maybe because the people who make em take their time to make sure its done right and its not an open faced sandwich. The highlight, it didnt cost me anything because I used a gift card.

Tell me why they require 3 people to be working the floor at 4pm on a Sunday? And only one person was making the sandwiches who knows what the other two were doing. I understand you may want to be precise and clean when putting toppings on the sandwich but please chop chop a little and fast forward a tad. This slo mo business isn’t working for me. Yay for $ 5 foot longs. But that’s about it.
