Stellar!!! I worked directly with coach to get leather for my brand new Honda civic turbo coupe. Ryan was great to work with, making sure my needs were met and exceeded even my high expectations! I chose to spend more and get the premium Tuscany leather, in two tone charcoal with lime green stitching. It matches the exterior of the car perfectly. Not only is it comfortable, but beautiful as well! Another great thing besides the feel of the leather is the added contour support and padding. Most people dont realize it, but they put extra cushion underneath the leather, and it makes a night and day difference. The installer was quick and made sure his work was prefect. Take my word for it, and get yourself some life changing leather. They have a customer for life!

I bought a car with an extended warranty and the dealership sent the car to Coach and have a sunroof installed and it turned out to be a big mistake. From the very beginning of me using the sun roof there was defect/​design and malfunctioning issues. Right after I bought the sun roof I clicked on the button and a large piece fell on my head. Then only after about 3 ½ years the sunroof completely stopped working. So I brought my car back to the dealership where I bought the car and they didn’t see anything wrong with the fuses or something that can be fixed easily. They contacted Coach and there answer there only have a 1 year warranty, so tough luck! I spent a couple thousand $ for this roof that they obviously did a poor job installing. In law, we call this «Res ipsa loquitur» meaning the negligence speaks for itself. I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately Unilocal requires me to put at least 1.

Outstanding customer service, great quality materials ! Ryan worked with me to get a new leather package installed in my brand new 2015 Prius. He walked me through the options, reviewed the actual leather choices. The scheduling was very easy and the workmanship excellent: this is the place to go to get your car updated !

Professional, convenient, problem solvers and great customer service. 3 years ago, they installed dvd headrests in my 2013 Audi Allroad. They recently removed them and reinstalled them into new headrests in my 2015 Ford Expedition.

I got leather and a sunroof installed in my 2011 Ford F-​150 CrewCab. Quality is top notch! They finished my truck on time and I was happier with the final product then I thought I would be. The leather was nicer quality than the factory leather on my previous truck.
The sunroof really gives my truck that stand out look. The one touch controls are really cool. It looks as if it rolled off the assembly line with it installed.
Steve and all the staff treated me great and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way.
I will definitely return with future vehicles.

Coach installed my new Katzkin seats and did a fine job. They offered me large leather swatches to compare colors, which really helped in making the decision. Tony (the contact person) was very helpful and accurate in estimating the amount of time it would take for the installation.
I had to go back because one piece of leather was cut too short and they accomodated me without any problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend Coach to others.

After 2.5 years on the leather seats by C.A.R. one of the stitches was coming out. I contacted Coach and sent a photo. After a few days I received a call back to schedule a pick-​up/​drop-​off to repair the seat.
Coach came by, picked up the one seat and replaced the seat with the stitch which came out (bottom piece of passenger seat) and returned it the next day.
Things happen and it is the response that gives C.A.R. another 5-​star rating.

Coach Automotive transformed a cloth interior to leather on my new 2014 Toyota Prius. Everyone was very professional as was their workmanship.

This company did the post-​purchase leather upholstery in our new Prius (they work directly with Auto Nation Toyota in Hayward). WOW! Is a beautiful job and they did it in a timely and professional fashion. Kept us updated on the process and when it would be ready. Double-​checked the color to avoid mistakes and even let us know that the door panel glue would smell a bit for about two weeks, then go away (which it has).

If you are looking for someone to put in a sun roof or do interior modification. This is the place you want to go. I am here today because my sunroof blew off the xB on my home from work. With the help of Erin, Sheila, and Dan the man with the master plan and with a pit crew from the indy 500. They were able to get me a new sunroof and installation within 2 days. Dan takes pride in his work and knows how to handle any situation with a cool attitude. I definitely owe them crossiants and coffee. I will always come here to get any work done to my cars and service to my xB. You dont know great customer service until you come here.

I was very pleased with the work that Coach did with the leather seat conversion in my Sienna. The quality of the leather was better than I expected and the workmanship was nicely done. The staff was professional and accommodating throughout the process.

The entire staff was very accommodating to my needs for my Toyota Prius to add leather. The quality of the leather seemed better than the factory version. I am a happy camper!

This company installed a moonroof in my car, through the car dealership. I contacted them because the roof broke for no reason, not to mention while I was driving. They didn’t seem to care if anyone was hurt. They just wanted to schedule me to have it replaced at a price of $ 600+. I wasn’t to happy with this company to begin with because earlier there was a moonroof recall and they had not contacted me to fix the recall. I was contacted by the manufacture of the moonroof, because I didn’t have the recall fixed. The manufacture sent me to another company for the recall probably because it was closer to my home.
I asked them to contact the manufacture regarding the spontaneous breakage of my moonroof, nothing struck it I was on the highway and it just broke and fell into my lap, I explained the glass should of exploded into many small pieces which it didn’t do, they didn’t seem to care. They replied «the manufacture isn’t going to do anything about that. Can we schedule for an appointment».
I researched and found the company that did the recall repair, contacted them, they were extremely concerned. The moonroof manufacture supplied them with glass at no charge and it was installed 3 days after the event.
Glad I researched and found the company who completed the recall repair. I will be leaving them a 5 star review. As for Coach 2 stars customer service wasn’t the greatest.

Coach charges top dollar for a very professional looking finish. I had a sunroof installed by them, and it looked great.
There was a constant whistling sound, but I figured that’s the cost of an aftermarket sunroof, right? Years later, while trying to identify the source of a leak in my car, a different installer informed me there was a recall on the sunroof two years prior. Nobody from Coach had contacted me — two years in which they had my vehicle information, knew they’d installed a bad sunroof in my car, and did not ensure that I was informed.
So I had the recall replacement done. But there was still that leakage problem.
My first stop was the dealership, but they couldn’t source the leak because Coach removes the upholstery clips and glues fabric to the roof — so it can’t be popped out for inspection and back in. Went to Coach, where I asked them to pull the fabric back so we could see the roof area. They actually cut all the fabric off the roof, rather than pull it back. So after making repairs, I then had to take it back to them for full replacement.
Because I was beyond the warranty period when I realized the extent of the leaking (water accumulated in a hidden area), I was responsible for all labor on sourcing and repairing the leak, and the re-​installation of my roof fabric.
The kicker is, the sunroof didn’t work right after the re-​installation. When I took it back this third time, there was *another* bill for their labor.
So I would say nice looking work, but absolutely no follow-​up, and disappointing service when there are problems.

We were referred to this company by the car dealership after our sunroof blew off the car on the freeway… whoa…apparently the glue failed.
From the first call, Dan was informative and personable, and gave us the feel that he truly cared.
Rather than simply giving a quote, he gave us information on recall guidelines, how to go about seeing if the work was under recall, who to talk to and the phone number.
We learned that our sunroof did have a recall, but not our particular year… so we would be out whatever the cost to replace.
Basically, Dan only charged for labor, but not for the part, as he intended to take up the recall ‘battle’ with the sunroof manufacturer. This is customer service at it’s finest!

This company is awesome if you want aftermarket factory install for your new car! I used to work at a dealership and worked with many many companies that add aftermarket factory features for customer vehicle without an arm and a leg, Tony is by far an awesome person. He make sure all my customer gets taken care of and never make me look like an idiot. They follow there pricing very strictly so you wont see extra cost couple month down the road.
They are really quick, they will pick up your vehicle to get whatever needs to be install within 24hrs or if its something simple as an alarm or sound system, navigation they can even do it on the stop at your place.
I had several occasion where my customers call me saying there navigation or camera is not working or something went wrong, Tony will call them right away after notify him and give them instruction how to work the equipment, if not he will either come out or even send someone right away where ever you are to fix it right away.
that is customer servicce! takes care of me and my customer no doubt about it I will always go to Tony and Coach Automotive for any needs for customer or future dealers.

I wanted leather installed in my new car, so the dealership recommended Coach to me. I could not be happier with their responsiveness and the quality. They gave tons of customization options and guided me towards a trim that fits perfectly with the rest of the vehicle.
I dropped it off, got a rental, and three days later I had my car back with very well done leather.

I have worked with coach for over 6 years at 2 different stores utilizing them as a great resource for leather, heated seats, sunroofs, navigation, reverse cameras and more.
Tony and Steve have been great for their attention to detail, and time management. I have never had a problem that they could not solve or assist me with. I would give them the keys to my own personal car any day.
