Can’t give it a 5 star, as Friedman’s receives that from me.
Lindberg is a great hardware store, it may be super dusty and dirty with old fixtures and one kinda quiet guy running the store, but the prices aren’t bad surprisingly for a calpella store and there are some GREAT deals on random stuff people commonly need. Would be nice if they stayed open later than 5 tho.

This saddens me to hear such an unfavorable review, as both my great-​grandfather and grandfathers started Lindberg Lumber back in 1947 (not 1966, as it says in the town history), but sold it in the early 80’s.
It was established during what was called the «lumber boom» or «red gold rush».
I’m giving it 3 stars as it is my family name. I hope the current owner reads your Unilocal Review and takes some inventory and helps to preserve some history.
