Jcpenney hair salon is a reflection of Poor Customer Service and bunch of Morons working there who has no clue of what’s going on. They screw up on my appointment and not willing to correct the situation and totally blame it on me. Very rude, rude. Rude and unprofessional workers. Not recommended the manager was yelling at me after I tried to get her help to correct the situation. Very rude and unprofessional !

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the store today. Could not complete a simple transaction on a return on a Christmas item. They need associates that know how to do the job and not try and guess their way through it!

This is the smallest, littlest, baby of a J.C. Penny I have ever seen. So small, so cute. One floor. It’s also the most organized J. C. Penny I have ever seen. I came here with some friends when we were killing time after the wineries had closed and before we went for dinner. Had a couple of sales associates greet us and were offering assistance.

This Penney’s is really small; it’s one floor, and the selections aren’t the best, but I can always find something to buy here. There are still the same categories of items… just fewer amounts of them. My family loves to come here on Black Friday because they have the same sales without the horrid busy-​ness of Santa Rosa.
