RE: 440 Middlesex Ave., Tyngsboro, MA This store does not honor any of the Dunkin’ Donuts perks coupons. They were very rude and told me that a barcode was needed for each individual coupon including the one I was trying to redeem which was the«any sandwich for $ 1.99. « The indian woman manager was very adamant about not serving me and kept repeating herself over and over again that she needed a barcode and she could do nothing about it. When in reality I have use this DD app many times as a long time Perks member in the past that do not have a Q code associated with them. In this case, there are several coupons this month for K cups, $ 1.99 sandwiches, etc. and I will never visit THIS Dunkin’ Donuts again. ANDTELLALLMYCOWORKERSFRIENDSANDFAMILY. this is actually the SECOND time now that I’ve heard problems from this particular Dunkin’ Donuts with from other coworkers as well! If this is the way Dunkin’ Donuts going to treat a loyal customer then I may switch and go to other vendors. Sent from my iPhone

For the past 2~3 times already, egg, ham, cheese sandwich was cold and the egg white portion disintegrated in my mouth in a fake, nasty way. Maybe they dare not nuke the sucker any further fearing of this questionable egg white gunk turning into liquid? Will not return.

They quoted one price for drive-through window and then the guy closes the window and a different price comes up. so I asked for the manager and the manager tries to tell me that to get a different type of bagel on top of my meal is an extra three dollars. If I wanted Starbucks prices or Panera I would have gone there. but this time I went to Dunkin’ Donuts. A meal here for one person = almost 8 dollars. Get outta hete! Funny thing is I bought this same meal twice at another location and it was a normal priced meal. Here’s hoping that they didn’t spit in my meal!

Coffee and muffins. Why aren’t you on the West Coast yet, DD?

We were here the other day with two kids and they loved it. This Dunkin Donuts has a good amount of seating, which is a rarity. The guy taking our orders wasn’t the most personable fellow, but he did bring stuff to our table for us(apple pie has to be heated /microwaved!). The coffee was good — exactly as you’d expect from a DD. The apple pie thing is sort of a pathetic mushy version of the kind you get at McDonalds, but whatever. I don’t care for DD food. I care about the coffee, and finding a place to sit and chill for a bit, and this place did just that.

I’m not rating the food, because it’s a chain, I’m strictly rating te service. I have never seen a more miserable group of employees. Just because you hate your job, and from the impression I got, your life too… don’t take it out on a group of people that just want coffee. Sloppily thrown together sandwiches, everyone got individual bags for their order but my moms cream cheese was in my boyfriends bag with his sandwich. Apparently, this DD doesn’t butter muffins or put the cream cheese on the bagel for you, which was a first for all of us. Very rude person waited on us and was obviously annoyed that he had to help more than one person.
