Went for lunch with some friends and sat at the bar. Let me say, they can’t handle lunch. One bar tender that works the bar and seating around it. Besides being rushed, not that friendly or helpful. Food was average and almost no lunch menu. No happy hour(has they are just over the line in MA). $ 6 for a beer. Look else where.

I have eaten many times at this location & have never had a problem with the food or staff. Another thing the food & staff have in common is that they come and go. Outback’s menu has rid itself of many great entrees but still manages to have the blooming onion. I had it once & thought death was coming for me. The management always makes an effort to ensure its patrons have a good experience which is nice. Definitely recommend this Outback to anyone. Great desserts to by the way.

Dined with a friend on a Friday around 2 pm. The restaurant was dead! We were seated immediately and it took out waiter a few minutes to greet us as he seemed busy with the other tables. We ordered water for drinks and decided to share the ½ ribeye melt(no cheese) with a side salad, fish tacos with a side salad and two additional sides: sauteed mushrooms and fries. The side salads arrived first and were fresh but quite small. Bread was also served, barely warm and a bit stale. The ½ ribeye seemed like an 1⁄8 ribeye. We split it and it was barely two bites. It was served on a plain white oblong plate… needed some bling! The fish tacos were the thing we thought was half decent. The fries were ok, not what Outback fries used to be. The sauteed mushrooms were also just ok. We had a $ 25 gift card to spend and hope that we don’t receive any others. Probably the last time at an Outback. Sorry… we used to love the Outback!

Went on Monday Columbus Day, not many people in the restaurant. sat down right away, that was the only good thing. after ten minutes waiter took our order 25 minutes later he came over to tell us he forgot to put our order in. He said he was sorry and would get the manager, the manager apologized and gave us 220 dollar gift cards.

The food was ok but just ok. The service was ridiculous. We were the only diners for lunch and they took forever and then screwed up the order. I have no plans to try them again

Always have a good meal and good time there, food is good, prices are decent and the place is really up to date and clean. You should ask for Holly Alltop if you go there, she’s a real good server and bartender and has won awards for her good service.

I’m sorry but this place has really gone downhill. Friday night at 7:30 and we were 2 of 6 people sitting at the bar and most of the tables were empty should have been a hint but we had a gift card so why not. I always like to sit at the bar, it’s usually faster service and I like to people watch. Well there were only 4 other people around so not much to watch and for not being very busy(at all) the service wasn’t so great either. We got a few apps off the snack menu and those weren’t bad. I ordered a side salad and soup for my meal and my boyfriend got their prime rib dip sandwich and asked for parmesan garlic fries instead of regular. My salad arrived in what looked like a regular side-salad sized bowl to me but the bartender made it a point to tell me that they put it in a large bowl by accident but weren’t going to charge me for it.(Um I would hope not) But also if that was their full size salad, you may want to reconsider if you wanted a salad for your full meal. My boyfriends sandwich sounded so delicious on the menu but he was so disappointed. The sandwich itself was very small, the meat was so thin and sparse it was mostly bread(that he said was on the stale side) and they sent regular fries instead of the ones he asked for. He was going to mention it to the bartender when she came over to check on us but she never did. Don’t think we’ll be back.

What can i say other than i will NEVER go back to this restaurant ever! The waitress was pleasant and the manager apologetic but the food was horrible! Our appetizer was cold. My husbands chicken was burnt and my salmon was raw. They definitely need a new kitchen staff. I do NOT recommend going to this location.

3 of us visited the Tyngsboro Outback after the movies last Sunday evening. We all enjoyed the Victoria filet(formerly Flo’s filet). Cooked to order, tender and delicious. Salads were fresh and a nice accompaniment to the meal. The warm bread is always a pleaser. My lemon drop martini also made me happy:) But the reason for the 5 star review is customer service. I paid for the meal with my debit card and promptly left without it. Did not discover it was missing until the following Thursday. A quick online check of my intact bank balance allowed my panic to subside and I retraced my steps to Outback. I called the restaurant 2.5 hours prior to opening time, and Manager, Chris, checked and reassured me they had my card and I could pick it up anytime. Apparently, server Greer had turned over the card to Chris that Sunday night and he immediately locked it up. After I showed proper identification, he returned it to me. Needless to say, I was immensely relieved and more than a little embarrassed. But overall, I was heartened that there are still honest people, and honest establishments, that take the high road and do the right thing. I applaud both the server and management for their honesty and for treating me with respect and compassion. Yes, we will be going back…

I am saddened to say that yesterday was my least pleasurable Outback experience I’ve had. I hadn’t visited in a few years but figured I would come by and have a bloomin onion before I headed out for my night. So we ordered drinks, then proceeded to gram the bloomin. My girlfriend ordered some frozen peach«alcoholic» drink. It tasted like a smoothie from Jamba Juice back in Denver. As in it contained no alcohol. I then ordered the Sangria. Very tasty but once again, no alcohol. The bloomin was the highlight of the meal. Exactly. Next, I ordered the sirloin salad. This was possibly the worst thing I’ve had at one of these chain restaurants in a long time. Blue cheese crumbles piled on the salad, blue cheese vin soaked lettuce, a 4 oz portion of meat and 3 sliced cherry tomatoes. Disappointment galore. I apologize for the harsh comments but have to be true. I will be back, but that’s because you have me by my soul with the bloomin onions.

I used to have pleasant experiences at this place. However, the last 3 times I’ve been there I have had issues. this time, it was the server. The waitress we had was very slow(glacial). We had to flag her down to take our order. We did not see her again until after the food came when she asked us if the meal we okay. The check was quick to appear and be picked up, but she was gone for quite a while with the credit card and we had to ask another server for a box. And to round out the experience, there was a hair in my food. I now remembered why I hadn’t been back there in over a year. I think its safe to say that I won’t be back…

Prices have gone up and quality stayed the same or got worse. They ran out of prime rib on a Friday night at 8pm. My terriaki medallions were full of gristle. The blooming onion was just as good as ever and my chopped pecan and blue cheese salad was very good. Have to say this place is sliding backwards though.

Terrible service! I’ve been here four times. The servers are so rude and inconsiderate. Every time I have gone, they take at least 15 minutes to even greet us at the table. We wait and wait for refills. The food takes forever to come out. One particular day I went in, got a lunch special with a Caesar salad and a quesadilla. First of all, it took almost 40 minutes for the food to come out. I asked the waiter if the salad came with chicken to which he replied yes. My salad comes out and there is no chicken. So I ask if I can have the chicken, to which he replies«Yes but it will be $ 5.99 additional.» WHAT?! 5.99 for half a chicken breast? I explained that I had asked previously if it came with chicken and he said that he had thought I was talking about the quesadilla. I said fine to the chicken because the lunch special was so sad and unfilling. I was very unhappy. The portion that came out was half a chicken breast. I am so disappointed with the service.

I have been going here since they opened and still to choose to come here over the many other chain restraints. I also use the curbside takeout which I think is excellent when getting out of work late.

I don’t know what has happened to Outback but it sure isn’t trending in the right direction. We went on a Saturday night and were able to sit down immediately. Our server was great and our drinks, cheese fries, and entrée orders were taken quickly. While the drinks and cheese fries came out quick, we waited 40 minutes after our app to get our entrees. It wasn’t like we ordered anything fancy. Burgers, salads and ribs. While everyone thought their food was OK, my burger was bad. Bland with no taste whatsoever. Will not be going back.

Really disappointed. Outback used to be fairly dependable, but not today. Car side internet order and got to wait an extra 40+ minutes for my food. After paying on arrival, no one came out till after 30 minutes passed and then informed me that the ovens were not working right and the baked potatoes were a problem. Waited longer, got our food and went home. Only offer for the delay was a couple free apps on our next visit. Found when home that they didn’t give us two of our dinner salads, the kids chicken fingers were overcooked and soggy fries(oh wait, the kids were supposed to get apples and grapes!), so missing those too… And the final nail? My wife’s steak was still bleeding and she asked for medium well. Oh yeah, we got the potatoes that were the culprit on the delay. So after consuming what we did get, I called. I will be getting some gift certificates at some point. Have to decide if I will use them or just take my business elsewhere.

Just moved into town and this was the first restaurant I ate at. Must say that I am not impressed whatsoever. I ordered their 6oz steak with french fries and crab cakes as a main entrée and their hot buffalo wings for an appetizer. For a drink I had their Raspberry Iced Tea. First off the good. The Raspberry Iced Tea was delicious, not too sweet and just right. Free refills are always a plus. The buffalo wings were excellent! I loved their crunchy texture on the outside and soft tender meat on the inside. It was also served with a side of celery sticks and very chunky blue cheese dressing which was excellent. The main dish was so-so. The steak was good, but as other reviewers has stated, Outback Steakhouse isn’t a real steakhouse. The cut wasn’t anything spectacular but at least they cooked it to perfection. The crab cakes weren’t great whatsoever. I don’t know how to describe the taste. but it just wasn’t to my liking. And the fries were. well. fries. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal itself Now for the bad. The time it took them to cook our meals(me and my brother and nephew) was ridiculously long. I would estimate it to be around 40 minutes for them to cook three meals for us. That’s just absurd! The whole time, the manager was going around greeting people around our table but not once did she come to our table and say a single word. It was as if she went out of her way to not greet us. i mean who does that? Though I must admit that the server who served us was a very pleasant person and I tipped him accordingly. Overall, my experience here has taught me that I am not welcomed here. The manager’s obvious slight of me and my party left a very bad taste in my mouth. That coupled with the time it took for the food to arrived was just bad. You would think that because the food took so long that she(the manager) would come by to open up some sort of dialogue so we could pass the time quicker. but alas she went out of her way to ignore us instead. The only reason I gave this place 2 and not 1 star is because of their waiter. He was a very nice gentleman and very attentive to our needs.
