Your sales reps need to undergo training, they have no idea how to do anything that has to do with working at a phone retail shop. I had an appointment and they didn’t even know for what. I had made a phone call to get my phone replaced so I just had to come in to leave some information. They just wasted my time and the issue didn’t get resolved. Get new sales reps or train them again. Don’t expect great help here.

Giving this store 5 stars for Kenya Balderas. She was the most professional sales person I’d had at any cell phone store in the past, fixed billing issues we didn’t know we had, set us up with our phones and explained everything in an educated way that was also understandable. The store was out of stock on Harmon Kardin HTC phones and she ordered them and called us when they arrived the next day and remembered our schedule. If everyone in sales and customer service was like her, the world would be such a better place. Just found her business card and figured she earned the review. Before this experience I’d have rated the store with 2 or 3 stars.
