I have been so impressed with the entire staff. They are professional, caring respectful and friendly. They have gone above and beyond when it came to lessons on my contact lenses to looming on line for the perfect frame. On a score from 1 to 10 they get a 10 ++++++++++. U highly recommend their office.

Dr Robert Moeser and his entire staff are really caring folks.
Everything works like clock work at this office.
The eye examination is thorough and Dr Moeser uses state of the art testing equipment to make sure your eyes are kept in the best shape possible. He is personable and explains the exam.
There is a good selection of frames from which to choose.
All insurance questions are answered and everything is done on time.
I highly recommend this experienced professional to anyone looking for a quality optometrist.

I always find Dr. Moeser and his staff to be very helpful, caring and well informed. I just switched over to contacts for reading and they’ve been really great about helping me make the transition.

I found Dr. Moeser and his staff very unfriendly and impatient with my elderly father who is 89 years old. He seemed more concerned with my dad’s walking ability than he did with his eyesight or glasses. I would not recommend Dr. Moeser to an elderly person because he is rude and disrespectful to the elderly and won’t take the time to talk to their family members.

I’ve been visiting Dr. Moeser’s office for a couple of years now. They always let me know the different options that are available to me, in and out of my vision plan, and explain the benefits. The woman who works at the front of the office always takes her time helping me find the right frame, offering suggestions and letting me know which frames are in my desired price range.
This morning, I woke up and found that the hinge on my Ray-​Ban glasses had locked and detached from the plastic. I took the frames in, and one of the staff members spent 20 minutes or so trying to see if she could fix it. When she couldn’t, they gave me a brand new frame of the shelf at no charge. By the way, these glasses are about a year old, and the lenses have barely a scratch despite daily use.
I had brought my son in a while back based on his pediatrician’s recommendation. Dr. Moeser advised me that, although my son’s vision isn’t perfect, it’s pretty good, and that he’d recommend that my son forgo glasses in order to force his eyes to learn to focus better. I don’t know if this school of thought is universal among eye doctors, but I was impressed that he’d make that recommendation even though it meant he’d miss out on a sale.
The bottom line: Great products and great customer service.

Dr. Moser really knows his stuff. I’ve had a recurring eye infection and kept putting it off thinking I needed to see an opthalologist but went to see Dr. Moser who quickly identified the problem, was able to prescribe a med that gave me relief within moments and all is well again. On top of that he is a PRO with contact lenses and glasses. (Wish I hadn’t waited so long to see him!) Great office staff as well!

Professional. Thorough. Convenient. Doesn’t accept my insurance plan, but I continue to go and pay out of pocket. It’s worth paying the difference.

We have been seeing Dr. Moeser as our family OD for several years now. He is excellent with my children and Me. We are very happy with his service, knowledge and staff. I highly recommend them.
